I've had a very bad experience with Dr. Darian. I thought my horrible experience should've ended once I got attacked in the face by a dog, but I was wrong. After getting bit from a pit bull and have scars on my face and neck I seeked guidance from a plastic surgeon that could try to understand how I was feeling and try to tell me what I should do. I got bit in June 2012 and I just found out I now have to change insurances. My new insurance will not cover anything from Dr. Darian's office or anything really in general. I'm so upset as this is my face I'm talking about and called the officer to see if we can have our procedure done as soon as we can before It runs out. The office staff and also the doctor was very unsympathetic and simply didn't care it all. (It's not there face or scar they have to walk around) and they are clearly showing that. I can't believe human being can be so heartless. Even while I was there Dr. Darian wasn't friendly and only wanted to get straight to the point

Dr. Darian did a ruptured silicone implant removal (the old messy kind) and replacement along with an eyelid lift. Although I am only 12 days past surgery - I am thrilled with the results. He is a perfectionist and an artist. His practice is not limited to cosmetic surgery, which I believe gives him a better set of skills.

Dr. Darian did a wonderful job on my breast reconstruction after breast cancer. I have had comments from other medical professionals worldwide who have told me it is one of the best they have ever seen.

I have great confidence in Dr. Darian, and obtained wonderful results. The first procedure involved some work on my eyelids and a browlift. Very nice results even 6 years out. About 2 1/2 years ago I had him perform a breast lift with a slight reduction and rhinoplasty (both procedures during the same surgery). Again, very pleased with the results. I paid cash for both procedures, and would go back to him again. I would agree that he is not a "warm and fuzzy" kind of guy, but when somebody is holding a knife, I'd prefer skill over personality.

Dr. Darian did a wonderful job on my breast reduction. Its one year later, I'm very proportionate and my scaring is very low. Both my OB/Gyn and my Radiologist have commented on what a good job he did.

OK, I had rhinoplasty with Dr.Darian 10 years ago for a hump and a droopy tip. I was 19 at the time and actually took a semester off school to get this done and recover. He was very monotone during consultation and because i was naive, i confusted his arrogance and hurry up, one word answers as a sign of confidence and experience. He did so little to change my nose it didnt even seem to me that I had surgery done after the first time. So I forced him to do a revision and somewhat decent results were achieved, but not before destroying the internal anatomy of my nose. This guy sucks, he will do any cosmetic procedure since he is a General practice surgeon and he will make it seem that everyone of the myriad of surgeries are his specialty. I can go on and on, but i seen him a few month later at the mall and he didnt even remember who i was.

Dr. Darian completely botched my breast reduction surgery. He took too much away from one breast leaving me disfigured. He also did not close the incision very neatly. It looks like two different people stitched me together. I complained. He did nothing to make it better. He sucks you into trusting him but does not, in my opinion, have what it takes to do the job well. And, doesn't care if you are happy. I regret not checking him out beforehand.

Dr. Darian does not complete his surgery as one would expect. I feel he is not concerned if his is happy as long as he is.
