Dr. attempted to do my reconstruction after breast cancer.he did my nipple replacement the day of the first surgery.which is one of the last steps of the Reconstruction.when the tissue expander were filled my nipples then moved they ended up on the top of my breast. the tissue expander he used have not been used by doctors in the last ten years. he removed my drainage tube too soon. causing fluid build up & removal of right expander.when I called the office to report the pain and problem i was told to wait until my next scheduled appointment. when I did go to my appointment he & his staff both asked me what I did to caused this. four months later I foolishly had him replace the right tissue expander.10 days later I was back in the hospital having the second expander removed. again he said it was infection although no infection showed in any test.he again wanted another attempt.I got a second opinion and a third. I have now had eight surgeries in the last 28 months HE IS A HACK!!

Worse Doctor I've ever had in my life. He did what he wanted, not what I asked. I am now deformed and no bra will fit me. Has no bedside matter at all. In it for the money only. Very disrespectful. BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR!!!

I had a breast reduction done and two days after that he removed the stitches..no gloves or anything. I am now infected with MRSA and am hospitalized. My left breast is severely infected and they have to do another surgery to take it out. He left me deformed.

I had a breast reduction done in 2009. The staff at the office was very nice. At preop meetings Dr. and I have discussed that I would like to be a small "C" and no more then that!!! (so I would not have back problems any more from large breasts) After the surgery Dr. came out to talk to me and told me that he has "made me a small D because it goes better with my body type"... !!!??? Well after the swelling went down I am now a large D and sitting here wondering why I even went through with surgery, the whole point was to have small breasts.. so no matter what you tell DR he will do what HE thinks is better not you

I went to this doctor in 2006, and he JACKED ME UP!!! Instead of him doing what I wanted to do, he did what he wanted to do!! He's from the Middle East and has NO RESPECT for women or their opinion. It was a BIG MISTAKE going to him for what I thought was Rhinoplasty. He messed me up so badly, that when I went to the most prominent plastic surgeon in my area, he recommended me to a surgeon in Ann Arbor, MI. He suggested a second opinion, because it would make matters worse. This doctor didn't examine me nor were x-rays taken, test ran, etc. The only thing he did wanted was my money, which he wanted before the surgery and a release signed. Now, I know why. He's a "QUACK" from the Middle East and I wouldn't recommend anyone to him. He was more interested in giving me breast implants, which isn't what I was there for. I don't understand why he's still practicing in the United States. His license should be revoked.

Does not care about patient after surgery is completed. Would not allow hospital to readmit me 3 days after surgery when incision was split open from internal staph infection, rather preferred to make me wait 2 days at home before seeing me in his office. Ended up having to have surgery redone and getting another infection. Would not answer my questions after my initial surgery and when family member asked questions they were asked to leave the room. Does not seem to care about inflicting pain on his patients. I have to agree about the tape ripping comment. Very arrogant and deserves to lose license. Would have surgery redone to fix his errors if I wasn't so terrified about it after such a horrible experience. Totally in it just for the money...

I had a bilateral mastectomy and found a plastic surgeon in Novi to do the DIEP Flap procedure, but needed to have tissue expanders in place until I could get reconstruction done. Dr. Alghanem was very willing to work with my other plastic surgeon and did exactly as she asked. He also is interested in my total experience so he can send other patients to the other doctor if all goes well.

This "doctor" is a ****. During my breast reconstruction after surviving cancer, he broke three ribs; something I didn't find out until the radiologist told me, when I a had a chest xray. I knew I was having tremendous pain after the surgery but didn't know why, so my primary scheduled an xray. This "surgeon" should quit his day job.
