Dr. House is sooooooo smart. He talks to me in a very personable way and even delivers bad news in a caring way. He is very kind and respectful. I can tell he really knows his business.

Had surgery. His nurse is ruder than he was. They treated me like a number and not an individual. Never again!!!!!

My Son , Justin n Had Gotten to the point he couldn't hear, his teachers in school, nor his family speck, without turning his head toward you. And getting real close to you. And he have his head set on the highest volume. And I had taken him to One Hospital that did all kind of test, and said he was 90 % deaf in his right ear and 60% deaf in his left ear. and had a twitching in his right cheek, Also had breathing trouble at night, and snored so very bad, and would wake up at all thru the night. And would be falling to sleep the next day, At school. The other location, i will not said on here. Wanted to do Surgery on him. They said he had a tumor next to his Brain, beside his ear drum. and if we didn't hurry up and let them do it, It could Kill Him, or paralizes him . I then took him to Dr. Michael Hammett at Hattiesburg clinic in Hattiesburg. Whom I found out no longer did ear surgerys. But Said that my son, May not need surgery. And i Ask him who he would take his son too. If he was in our shoes, And he said Dr James House in Jackson, Ms. Boy ,Was this the best choice We ever made. We made the appointment, And once there, the whole staff, Treated My Son and I , Just As we were Part of There Family , From The front Desk Perrsonnel all the way Thru the enter process. The Best, Most Welcome, Godly People we have ever Met. Once we had finish the test Dr House Order for Justin. We saw Him with 3 other Nurse in the Room. With My Son. We sat down, they all can in. I just knew , we was about to get the worst NEWS ever. But Dr House Very nicely looked at us, And said My Ware, Justin, I DONT SEE NO REASON FOR YOU JUSTIN, TO HAVE ANY BRAIN SURGERY. FOR I DONT SEE ANY TUMORS ANYWHERE. WHAT I ASK FOR YAWL TO GET DR HAMMETT TO TAKE OUT THAT ONE TONSEL, THEY LEFT FROM HIS CHILDHOOD SURGERY, AND HIS ADENOIDS OUT, AS THEY ARE BLOCKING HIS EUSTACHIAN , TUDES FROM DRAINING. AND TO PUT EAR PLUGS IN EACH EAR. AND COME BACK AND SEE ME IN 3 MOTHS AND THATS DONE. AND I THINK HE WILL BE FINE. AND EVEN GET SOME OF HIS HEARING BACK. i COULDNT HOLD BACK THE TEARS FROM FLOWING DOWN MY FACE FROM JOY. I THOUGH THANK YOU JESUS , MY SON IS GOING TO LIVE AND BE OK. AND HE TOO NOW ONE DAY CAN BECOME A SOLDIER. AS WE ARE A MILITARY FAMILY. GOD LEAD US TO THE RIGHT PEOPLE AT THE RIGHT TIME. NOW AFTER THE SURGERY WHILE WAITING FOR JUSTIN FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT WITH DR, HOUSE. JUSTINS TWICHING HAS STOPPED. THE T.V. Volume can now stay on 3 instead of 10 on the volume control. And justins headset he keeps it on volume level 3 instead of wide open at 10. and he can hear his teachers , so he doesn't have to be at the front of the class. or does,nt have to turn his head, When you speck to him. God, Our Lord and savior lord jesus Christ, works thru his medical staff. and saved my son s life. and i am and will allways be endebted to all of them. They re all our family , now for sure. To each of yawl working with Dr House. We The Family Of Sgt. James R Ware Jr , Thank each of yawl. For Being Just who yawl really are. Trained Professional, and Christians in our Lord Jesus. May God Continue to bless this Team, as they make life better in ever way. For all they serve. And I will Spread this Good NEWS all over the World, and to the whole United States Army. What would they have CUT out, Since he had no Tumors. They May have KILLED Him. But Thanks To Dr James House, They Didn't. So when Any one reading this. Waited 2 hours then PA looked at my ears. Another wait for Dr House. Dr House walked in & said ur fine & left. Very rude & absolutely the most uncaring physician I known. Never again!

My mother was referred to Dr. House by her ENT. She had a perforated ear drum, deteriorated inner bones and a cholesteatoma (benign cyst). Dr. House was polite on our first visit. He examined her and totally agreed with the ENT that she needed surgery as soon as possible. Her appointment was on a Wednesday and they were able to schedule her surgery for the following Tuesday. I hesitated to comment after the appointment because I had been so worried about his attitude, since I had read the reviews before we saw him. Since most of them were negative, I decided I would wait until after her surgery. I was just waiting for the sarcasm and rudeness. She had her surgery and everything went very well. I am thrilled to say, I have NO negative comments about Dr. House or his staff. They were great. He was polite and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone. Glad we had a pleasant experience.

Without question, the most insensitive, uncaring medical professional I've ever been ( mis ) treated by. Not encouraging or optimistic at all, and did nothing to help me with my problem. I understand modern medicine can't cure every ill, but for my visit to be limited to him verbally abusing his staff in front of me, and for him to suggest I had a brain tumor as he walked out the door without even looking at me, was inexplicable and inexcusable. His visit and examination of me lasted a full 10 minutes. Funny how his staff had unlimited patience when it was time to pay for his "services". I left more discouraged than ever.

I am very surprised by all of the negative comments about Dr. House. My 10y/o daughter was referred to Dr. House after a local ENT was unable to repair a perforated ear drum after several attempts and a Dr. in Mobile didn't want to get involved. Dr. House didn't have the best bed side manner but he was not rude. He explained to me why the other doctor was unable to repair the perforation and assured me that he could fix it and he did. After my daughter's recovery she regained 70% hearing in her ear.

Took my grandson to see this doctor today, because we were referred to him by ENT doctor from Hattiesburg, MS. He is a total "A" Hole, VERY RUDE, and said there was nothing wrong with my grandson having an ear tube that is struck in his right ear. I am a 31 year retired medical nurse officer of the U.S Public Health Service and former U. S. Army officer, in all my years of my medical experience I have never encountered an "A" Hole like this MAN!!! I wouldn't refer my dog Mr. "T" to him. I was just making small talk with him and asked what year he graduated from high school since he was from Hattiesburg and I was also he replied "I actually didn't graduate from high school" and he sure acted like he didn't graduate from high school. RUDE, RUDE AND MORE RUDE!!!
