He keeps me walking instead of a wheel chair. I have not complaints about him or his staff. You are treated with respect and dignity. Dr Mc Clure tells you what he is going to do andf explains afterward how well the procedure has gone. His staff is excellent. they do everything to keep you comfortable and always call the next day to see how you are. I have called Dr Mc Clure after hours and he got right back with me. I would recommend him to anyone who has a problem that he can help with.

This man is a DANGER. Almost killed my husband by puncturing my husbands iliac artery. Then tells me he wasts to do another in 4 to 6 weeks. He should have never done the endo vascular surgery. 3 times wenqtq in and was unable to clear the blockages but my husband now has 9 stents and had to still have an aortic bi femoral bypass, which should of happened after the 1st procedure. He takes risks with your life. Never EVER told us about bypass as an option. My husband was tranfused 4 units of blood and more at the hospital. This man does not do this surgery in Saginaw he lies and says his SPECIAL equipment is an hour and 15 away. A trip my hubby did by ambulance where he was transfused. All that blood and contrast sat in his abdomen for months. Thank God I still have him.

If it wasn't for Dr McClure I wouldn't be walking today. He is the best and his staff is excellent.

I found out about Dr. J. Miles McClure's drinking problems and associated legal difficulties (links below) about 3 months after he crippled me. I am one of seven amputees currently suing him for negligence, misrepresentation and fraud.

No real issues with doctor as far as his knowledge goes, except that he is not in control of his staff. We've had tests performed and waited WEEKS for results, only getting them after we called repeatedly for them. There is no follow-up what-so-ever after procedures. My husband developed a blood clot (not a hematoma) after having stents and after six weeks, we are still trying to get help and answers.

Don't put too much stock in the negative comments you read here, especially low ratings for Staff and Knowledge. This man knows what he is doing and people are mistaking his knowledge and confidence as arrogance. If you want to fault him for taking on a workload that would overwhelm a lesser doctor, ok. But between him and his staff, who should never get a mark below 3 on their worst day, they leave no stone unturned. The only area that can realistically be criticized is Punctuality. But he's a cardiologist/surgeon!! How many punctual surgeons do you know? A VERY small inconvenience for such top notch care! I always call his office in advance of my appointment to find how late he is running.
I have diabetes and other problems besides cardiac issues and Dr. McClure took control of everything, including my overall health in conjunction with my primary care physician. His staff follows up on all testing and pharmacy issues. I consider myself blessed to have him! Go to him with an open mind and be amazed!

He is a genius but has serious mental health problems drinking problems causing people limbs. It’s a stupid football game.
