Dr Moses was really helpful and answered all of my questions. I was very nervous and worried but Dr Moses was just great. I had a bit of a difficult time with his receptionist, she didn't seem interested in helping me, just tried to rush me out the door. And she threatened me twice with her cancellation list, was none too impressed with her.

Dr Moses very helpful, my wife had seen 2 other drs and dr Moses was the first to really help her, he was great. His staff was great too, except his receptionist never answers her phone, and she's a bit overbearing. I really want the Drs advice, not her personal opinion. I found her very difficult to deal with.

Dr Moses was so gentle, he knew that I was in pain before I even knew it myself! His receptionist, however, was so cold and in such a rush, whenever I would call for a booking she couldn't get me off the phone fast enough! If it weren't for his receptionist, the experience with Dr Moses would have been perfect!

This doctor is the most unknowledgeable doctor I have ever met , his inclusions are child based theory with no basis besides his theory of process of elemination , he’s very socially awkward and made me feel uncomfortable

I have been seeing Dr. Moses for many years and have always found him to be an excellent doctor and as good a person. Recently he has had a RN working with him who has been very knowledgeable and helpful in our visits. The only problem I have ever had is with the receptionist. She has never been helpful, rarely answers the phones and rather than let Dr. Moses share results of tests tries to provide her unqualified interpretation to me over the phone. I don't see Dr. Moses so that I can have a receptionist play Doctor. I'd feel better about it if, Dr. Moses didn't have time to take my calls if the receptionist put me through to the RN so that I could at least be speaking to a healthcare professional. Love Dr. Moses and his RN but really wish I didn't have to deal with the receptionist.

He was a bit intimidating, and seemed distracted or in a hurry.... he paid more attention to my husband when my husband was speaking than to me, the patient (with a brain aneurism). I told him my symptoms and he told me the ones not connected to my condition.... told me it wasn't operable and immediately lost interest and we were dismissed.... I felt disgarded, which I'm certain wasn't his intention, but that's what the end result was.

Dr. Moses is a very good doctor. The problem is not the doctor but his receptionist. The doctor tells me to call if I have any problems and when I call and tell the receptionist this she says unfortunately the doctor tells everyone this and she will put me on a cancellation list. I have not seen Dr Moses in over a year although I did have one phone appointment. I am still waiting on the cancellation list. I asked for an appointment and she keeps telling me she does not have her schedule for the new year yet . A friend of mine has an appointment for Feb so she must have her schedule . For some reason she does not want to give me an appointment. What can I do? My family doctor is also trying to get me in.High rating for the doctor and a very poor rating for his receptionist.

Dr. Moses has been taking care of my heart condition and diabetes for several years, I couldn't ask for better treatment and helpfulness.
