This guy is absolutely useless I've had problem with him and know 5 others too If you get sent to him call your family doctor for another specialist there's nothing special about him at all

Very rude and ended up in the hospital aftervoaying him 15o dollars dor missing a appoment as I'm also on ODSP that was my food money fir 2 weeks ..I had a heart attack wich caused me to cancel but it was 2 days before so I got a bill..Now I wait 4 more months to get cancer removed from my colon....He wa supposed to leve instructions in my Perscription pack but did not ..Also his Nirse ir whatever she is is very rude and barley speaks English..That's fine but she got mad at me because I couldent understand.

Absolutely useless. Receptionist is rude and condescending. Refused to take my call seriously and stated that I can address my concerns at my next scheduled appointment although the issue was life altering.

The receptionist is extremely rude! She hung up on me twice when I was trying to get information about a colonoscopy appointment for my son. She told me she didn’t Care when I was sharing some information with her. I am completely disgusted with the level of service and lack of respect!

I was supposed to have an appointment with him over the phone and he never called me no did anyone reach out to me to explain what was going on and I can't get ahold of his office about rescheduling or anything.

Dr reddy just helped me begin to eat again after almost 3 years of pure agony Hsp for 3 wks in outrageous Covid #s but I was his priority * stoma dilations and future stents and likely reposition of ileostomy but he has helped me begin living again !

I am former emergency room physician who was referred to Dr Reddy by my family physician for upper and lower endoscopy for evaluation of abdominal pain. I was completely satisfied with my experience. Most importantly, the technical skill demonstrated was commensurate with a skilled practitioner. Secondly, Dr. Reddy was professional in explaining the options, procedure, and followup in a pleasant manner. Thirdly, the appointment was booked in an appropriate time frame with constant communication between his office and myself. Finally, his office staff were pleasant and efficient. As an aside, this is my first encounter with Dr Reddy and I have no prior relationship with him.

Three years ago I was hospitalized with anaemia. Dr Reddy did a colonoscopy and endoscopy to find out how I was loosing blood. He did not find anything. I have a hiatus hernia that has been causing me a lot of pain. In April my doctor sent me to see Dr Reddy at the hospital. As soon as he saw me, he said Why are we doing this again. There is no proof you are losing blood. I tried to explain why I was there but he did not let me. He totally ignored me and when I started to tell him I wanted him to check my hernia he replied I will check everything without listening to me. When he was done he said There is no change. Everything is the same. I had an appointment with my doctor a few days later. She set an appointment with a surgeon who called me a few days later. He placed me on the urgent list for surgery. He told me I could die from this. I am having my surgery in 2 days, not even 3 months after seeing Dr Reddy. This is total incompetence. If there was no change, he should have referred me 3years ago.
