Dr. is amazing but cannot reach by phone or email. Cannot call as they only answer the phone between certain windows and you can’t get through to them then. Cannot leave a voicemail. Cannot email as they won’t respond with their “policy”.

Dr Galloway definitely has an attitude. Sadly it is very common and seems to stem from the funding scheme that changed ages ago, no doubt covid has not helped. But she gets the job done. Doctors are not naturopaths or therapists...they are there to diagnose, refer and prescribe. That is about it. The new receptionist is nice and so is Emily the nurse. I think people need to have realistic expectations about family GPs.

She’s a part time dr and now on medical leave. The hours of this clinic are terrible. I used to like Emily but she seems so miserable working there. They charge for everything. 15 minutes late for an appt and they will charge $40. I guess my time doesn’t matter as I sit and wait for 30 minutes if not longer. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DONT EVEN CONSIDER CHOOSING THIS DR

I’ve been a patient for a long time and would highly recommend Dr. Galloway to anyone. Was able to diagnose me correctly after two specialists failed.

Worst GP ever. Clinic hours are part time, and extremely hard to get an appointment, but when I have to use walk-in due to travels or work schedule twice in the month, they called to scold me on how this impacted her income.
When I did get to see her in other situations, she rushes you through the appointment. Her lack of confidence and knowledge shows in many of the conversations.

If feels like Dr. Galloway doesn't care about patients anymore. Everything feels designed to maximize what she gets paid/reimbursed (i.e discouraging phone apts for in person, even if it's a quick five min thing. Setting up apts for prescription refills or charging a fee. All of the medical rejuvenation stuff advertised in her office not covered by Ohip makes it look like she'd rather be doing that than her GP practice).

At least the old receptionist seems to be gone, who was extremely cold and short with everyone. The new receptionist is nice. But you feel like you're being pushed in/out the door as fast as possible with low regard to your concerns here

I really like the Doc. I've been her patient for 13 years. She has helped me so much over the years and I love that she is a straight shooter. I have recommend her to others, letting them know she will tell you what you need to know not what you want to hear!

I agree with the latest low reviews. The situation is just getting worse. It seems that the office is having financial issues as time and money are a focal point. Caring and helping patients is second to money. Everyone need to get paid, but you should not discuss your government fee schedule with the patients. This is not what anyone would expect from their family physician. Patient centred care... a foreign concept at this practice.

At this point Dr Galloway would just retire. She doesn’t care at ALL about her patients. We are an inconvenience to her. Um hello lady, we are paying your bills! Emily has to be THE rudest nurse in the history of nurses. Kathy who answers the phone - well, I just won’t even go there.
Waiting times are long, you’ll be fine if you take the rest of the day off after your appointment which btw takes forever to get. This Dr is just in it for a paycheck.
