Night and day difference from the previous ENT I had consulted. Knowledgeable, careful, caring and just an overall sweet guy who you really feel you can talk to. I appreciated his thoroughness too, he was forthright in discussing different aspects of care. I couldn't have asked for more from a doctor. Staff was efficient and friendly.

Dr. Massengill is easy to talk to, honest, and very thorough. I recommend him highly.
