Dr Meffe may have sound knowledge but she was not able to communicate well or even guide me. She also delivered my baby in 2017. Pre-surgery during visits there was hardly any talks. The expectation was for me to know everything from internet which is not easy as first time parent. Just looking at scan and checking weight is not effective pregnancy care. She could have also advised which websites to follow if she really wanted to help. I had few complications which could have been handled better if proper advise was given by her. Anyways coming to post-op/surgery, she left a cut mark on my baby and did not even inform us.
If you want someone professional with few words then you can go to her. If you want someone who is caring, transparent and helpful then please avoid or change your doctor.

Dr. Meffe took amazing care of me pre and post surgery. Then in 2021 she looked after my daughter and referred her to another specialist at Princess Margaret. Despite not being a patient she still graciously followed up with my daughter after surgery and was amazingly supportive. A top shelf professional that we are thankful to have .
Her assistant Janet is amazing !! A gift to all patients and families !!

I had a very bad experience with Meffe. She is careless and unethical. My wait time was very long. Meffe was a waste of time. I switch to different obgy. It was an emergency surgery. I am lucky that i switch to an honest and ethical person. i am healthy and well now. Thanks to the honest obgy.

Dr. Meffe is outstanding in her professional medical and personal approach to attending to patients. I had an amazing patient experience with her and her assistant Janet 2 yrs ago when I had surgery. Most recently in 2021 my 21 yr old daughter experienced the same outstanding care. Amazing we have such awesome healthcare professionals!!

The kindest most sincere OBGYN I have met- she spent over 30 minutes with me at my first pregnancy visit listening to my concerns and easing my mind. I had heard the St mikes clinic was great, but it exceeded expectations- everyone I talked to was just so nice and caring. So happy to be her patient.
