I am so happy I switched to Dr. Nair. Both her and her staff were not only welcoming, but also they listened to me. That is something that my last medical provider lacked. Both Dr. Nair and her nurse Jennifer were filled with information and advice that didn't include lots of medicine. They educated me on perimenopause (something my other provider didn't talk much about) and told me ways to help alleviate symptoms and what symptoms to look out for. Again...I am so happy I made the switch. I'd tackle the bad parking situation for the Tennova hospital anyday to see her.

The nurse was very personable and spent her time answering my questions. But the doctor was very brief, impersonal, and didn’t give me time to even formulate questions before heading out the door.

The doctor came in for a well woman and did not ask if the student can come in. She then proceeded with a Pap smear with out ever telling me that she was inserting a speculum and surprised me. The whole well women exam and her advice regarding a cyst took maybe 5 mins tops and she was basically running out of the room. The only questions she ever asked me was while I was in stirrups very uncomfortable. She never took the time or gave me the patient education that is expected of a medical provider. 0/10 will not be going back and am very disappointed in her service and patient interaction skills.

She Didn't listen, my responses were brushed off as if they weren't just as important . She rushed through my visit as if I was unimportant. My abdominal pain wasn't discussed. She behaved like a racist/bias fool...

Dr. Nair & staff are very nice & personable. The only complaint I have is I wish she had her own office. Not part of the mega offices with all the different Drs.

Dr. Nair is amazing. Very knowledgeable and kind. Had an answer for every single question I had about all of the types of birth control. I trust her and am very comfortable with her. My only complaints are that I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, and that there was a student kind of hovering for my whole appointment; I wasn’t asked if that was okay with me & would have been more comfortable without the student there. Otherwise, great experience!

Her nurse was very helpful. Listened to my concerns, why I was there and even had some suggestions. Dr came in, rushed, and didn’t even know why I was there until I told her I was referred to her for an issue. I had to stop her from leaving so that I could ask questions. Last time I saw her I waited a couple of hours, my opinion, not worth the wait.

I like Dr. Nair and her staff very much; however, I don't appreciate always having to wait at least an hour after appointment time to see her. On this visit my appointment was at 1315. I was brought to exam room at 1330 and didn't see Dr. Nair until 1428. She was in with me exactly 4 min.
