I only wish everyone had a GP like Dr. Pagado. I read some of the reviews and the complaints about his staff. We must go to a different Doctor because I never have an issue and I have been with the practice since he took over from Dr. Brannon. If it goes to voice mail I always receive a call back. Appts 3 weeks out? Never if it is important, but if I was a hypochondriac, or a huge PITA like some people are, well maybe you don't move to the front of the line. So the person issuing a 1 star probably requires a psychiatrist more than a GP.

Doctor Pegado took over Doctor Brannon’s practice and has been very good in taking care of my health needs. If needed, will send you to a specialist if untreatable in his office. Staff, I’d busy, will call you back within 24 hours. Very pleased, thus far, with Vance.
