Dr. Krueger has been my physician since his move to Cottonwood. He came with two degrees, and has listened carefully to my complaints. He has relied heavily on lab work, referred me when necessary, (thyroid surgery), and when I presented with something a bit difficult, he investigated, and referred me. He has changed medications as needed, and in general, has pretty much kept me in the pink. I am grateful.

He was fun and upbeat until I really needed help with a bad case of shingles. The he dismissed my complaints and offered no solutions. Don't bother me if you're sick was his attitude.I was so disappointed with his uncaring demeanor.

Poor experience at office when he dismissed health complaints. Worst doctor ever! Staff told me to call later and hung up on me for no reason. Could not get them to give me a referral, required by my insurance.

Relaxed and cheerful. When he doesn't have an answer he will look it up and call later. He doesn't mind saying he doesn't know or isn't sure, but will find out if possible. Good listener. Other doctors speak well of him.

Does not answer or return calls. Avoids dealing with issues, does not take complaints seriously. Does not do thorough examinations. Voices noises of disgust over patient description of symptoms. Wastes time in office joking with clerical staff in full earshot of patients.
