Dear Dr Hall, my mother is in an ambulance and being sent to hospital. I do wish you had contacted her back as you had promised on Thursday. She has pneumonia and a wet lung. Please do see her at Royal Alex as soon as possible, thank you. Camille Kenward nee Poirier

Throughout the many years we have had to deal with Dr Hall she was consistent in being selfish and incompetent. We will never forget when discussing my mother's terminal illness diagnosis she focused the conversation on her own feelings and personal problems. It was a relief when we found a new doctor.

Dr Hall does not care enough about her patients to listen to family concerns!

Terrible doctor. She does not listen, talks for most of the appointment about her problems, is not proactive about health, is always 30+ minutes late, and takes over 3 weeks to fax a simple referral.

I've been seeing Dr. Hall for many years and finally have had enough. No matter what time your appointment is, even if you are the "first" patient of the day, expect to wait AT LEAST 30 mins. When it is finally your turn, she uses her Ipad to look things up and reads word for word what it says. She goes in a circle when discussing your health concerns. Lastly, she does not follow up on any requests that you have made even after you have called many times to check. Totally unreliable doctor.

Initially appeared to be friendly and professional but within a half-dozen visits, her arrogant attitude was apparent. Condescending manner. During annual physical exam, actually squeezed one of my ovaries, causing tremendous acute pain! I made an appointment with the doctor I was told was head of the clinic to address my concerns about Dr Hall, was listened to and concerns were validated by this doctor, who then countered by stating two of her strengths, i.e. it all balances out (so my concern was effectively dismissed as not worth enough to warrant action). I suppose the real question is: what can be done with doctors who are not well-suited to the profession and ought to choose another where they cannot do damage to another person's body.

I have been seeing Dr. Hall for almost 15 years now. She has always shown that she cared, and is very helpful. When I was diagnosed with something very serious, for the next month she had me come in every few dad to check to make sure everything was going alright, until I started seeing a specialist. There is usually quite a long wait to get in but it is usually worth it.
The Walls in her office are quite thin and she talks pretty loud which can be awkward. I've learned not to listen to her conversations in other exam rooms while I'm waiting for her!

When I first started seeing Dr. Hall I was very impressed with her thoroughness. She is a very knowledgeable doctor. In recent years she has not been very helpful and doesn't seem to be listening to me anymore. I really would like to get to the bottom of my health concerns but she seems to only be wanting to push more pills instead of looking at what's really happening. I unfortunately will look for a new doctor now.

Dr Hall seems only interested in money. It is impossible to see her without a wait of 6months. That is crazy. When you need to see your Dr you should be able to get in. My demands are not excessive but when I have an immediate issue I would like to be able to get in within a week. Her staff also seems quite casual about helping and actually told me there was nothing the doctor could do. I would have to wait At least a month to call for an appointment.

Dr. Hall is very dismissive of any concerns. She does her basic due diligence, half listens and then rushes out the door. A brick wall would be more helpful and caring.
