Not sure whether she’s good, but the receptionist blocked me at the door, was in emergency 2 times and UPCC helped booked for twice but the receptionist kept on saying couldn’t find me in system, when I asked what to do she sounds impatient and careless, except telling me it’s not her fault nothing she else she could do. Such a bad experience just for making appointment with this clinic

Dr Heslip was my OB for over 10 years. Through 3 high risk pregnancies. She always made sure I knew everything I needed to know and was always thorough. She worked with me through every fear ans anxiety. She didnt deliver my first 2 kids 2010, 2018. But did end up delivering my last little guy via csection in 2020. It was my best csection of the 3. She even came in while I was getting my spinal since she knew I was nervous. I honestly can't say enough good things about her. Agnes at the front desk was also always amazing. I enjoyed waiting in the waiting area with her. We alwayd had a good laugh and she always made sure any documents I needed were in order. Im sad I won't be having anymore babies so that i can fo visit them.

Best doctor ever met in my life I was so scared of my health but the doctor when she explained everything in detail with lots of patients and empathy I felt so good thank you doctor for given me strength and peace.

I have not been treated by Dr. Laura Heslip (I was at the office to see Dr. Monahan). I trust she is as great as the comments make her out to be. Her assistant/receptionist on the other hand is just awful. I've never seen anything like it. A soft spoken Asian woman came in for her appointment at the same time I did. She did not speak perfect English. I could understand her just fine, but the receptionist could not. It was clear this patient's accent was angering the receptionist. She was incredibly rude to the patient, shook her head in disgust at her, and slammed her medical card on the counter instead of passing it politely back to her like any normal person would. The patient was polite, not demanding, and gave her no reason to be angry. When I (a white woman) spoke to her, I was treated very well in comparison. Make of it what you will. It's baffling that she still has a job. Particularly when the OBGYNs both seem like very nice, professional people who wouldn't want to share their space with someone so angry.

i can't believe such a POS front desk receptionist/MOA exists - i'd give the staff rating 0 stars if i could because she and her purple eyeshadow are both such an a$$

Dr. Heslip is very thorough, knowledgeable, detailed in explanations with excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent doctor and staff. Don't feel rushed.

Nothing but great things to say about Dr. Heslip and Agnes at the front desk. They are both so friendly & caring, always on time, so efficient. I tell people every chance I get to somehow get an appt. with this obgyn when you need one. I saw her for menopause issues and she was so thorough & knowledgeable, I learned so much - Dr. Heslip and Agnes are a fabulous team to have on your side!

Dr. Heslip is very gentle when she talks and super patient when she listens. I felt lucky that I decided to see her instead of the previous not-so-good OB. The common below says she swears at patients that just shocking. I really can not imagine how she did that? It does seem like her at all.

Amazing Doctor! Dr. Heslip has been my doctor for over 8 years now and has taken care of me with all three of my pregnancies. She made me feel comfortable and well taken care of and I would totally recommend her to others.

Dr.Heslip was my first OBGYN, I was nervous and scared but with the concerns I had and things needed she made me feel at ease and safe with every procedure we have done since. I keep asking to be referred back as she is knowledgeable and super great at explaining everything so you are comfortable and aren’t going home with fear or questions unanswered. Her reception staff have been a bit temperamental as well as rude to guests coming in. However you aren’t going to see them.
