Dr Susan Rapoport-Glick has been my family Dr for the 22 Yrs I have been in Canada, such an amazing Dr who really cares about her patients, takes the time with you and listens. I am so saddened by the fact she is retiring as she has been a big part of mine and my families life. I will miss her dearly and will always remember her. God Bless her and her family.

I have yet to find a doctor who is so good like Dr. Susan. Humble, polite, respect for her patients, always accommodating, ensures you are referred to if the problems need further attention. She is just great. And yes, it takes a long time to see her, so what. She is giving all he patients the time they need, so if you are waiting for someone else, someone will be waiting while you are being seen as well. She just doesn't rush anybody. Just an excellent doctor and a wonderful person. I have had several medical issues and she just has been so sensitive and understanding.

Susan has been my dr for over 30 years! She is a great dr and Iyla is really just an extention of my family! Although, I have resorted to using walk in clinics for the past 3 yrs cause I can no longer wait for a BOOKED appointment! The wait is RIDICULOUS and really can no longer do it! I havemoved all 3 of my children to a different dr because of the wait time. Once had to wait over 2 hrs with an infant!! Love her and Iyla very much but something needs to be done about the wait time!

Susan is a wonderful doctor and I have been seeing her almost my entire life. As already mentioned, the wait times are insane but when you're with Susan she takes the time to listen and talk to you. As for the review of Iyla....she has her moments. Agreed she is capable of being very friendly and polite but she is also capable of being a rude insensitive woman who acts as if she is more important than the doctor. Example: Had to have a TB test for my employer. Booked an apointment to have the test done but WAS TOLD BY SUSAN to come back in 48 hours and have ANY AVAILABLE DOCTOR CHECK THE RESULTS without booking an apointment. When I came back Iyla refused to allow me to see a doctor because I didn't have an apointment despite my explanation and it was only resolved when the male Dr there stepped in and said he'd be happy to check my test.

I have been a patient of Dr. Susan Rapoport-Glick's for over 20 years. Susan is the most thorough, understanding, patient doctor. She is never afraid to send you for further testing if she feels that anything is out of her field of expertise. She always makes you feel comfortable & listened to & that she truly cares about your physical & mental health. She never makes you feel rushed & will sit & listen to all of your issues, regardless of how long it takes. I always feel like I am the only patient in her office when I am there. I have full confidence in placing my health in her hands & would, without hesitation, highly recommend her as a physician. Her secretary, Ila, is very efficient at keeping the patients flowing through the office. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with every time I call or go into the office. I have never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes in the waiting room. Judging by the other comments, I guess I have been lucky. Regardless, Susan is worth the wait!

The wait time for this office is un heard of, you might as well go to any hospital as the wait time there is much shorter. I once waited for OVER 2 hours with my young sick son who was 5 at the time and it really is CRUEL to do to such a young child. He doesn't understand why he can't leave or go in, and not to mention this office is squeezed together with other offices in the same waiting room. One strong point she does have tho is her ability to take time to speak with her patients. Patients, hmmm really puts that word to work if you ask me. WAY TOO OVER BOOKED! WAY TO LONG OF WAIT TIME! and WAY TO MANY PEOPLE LOOKING FOR A SEAT THAT IS NOT THERE.

The wait time to see Dr. Rapoport is absolutely ridiculous and unexcitable; however, she is a fine Doctor in my opinion. My mom and i have been seeing her for 15+ years! Once you actually see Dr. Rapoprt she takes her time and is never hurried. Iyla, the receptionist also warrants a review as she is absolutely fantastic... all the time! Thanks for being pleasant Iyla :)
