Great doctor who listens carefully. He is highly knowledgeable. Both my wife and I think the world of him. He has excellent bedside manners and makes an effort to be on time, but emergencies are what they are. I do not understand the negative comments, we had opposite experiences seeing him as one of the best doctors in the region. Our standards are high, we are used to top docs in all specialties.

Was referred to this MD by my primary care provider. A full month after the referral, the referral had not even been processed. Can't imagine what the actual care would be like...

I love Dr. Stefan! We have a great doctor patient relationship and can compromise on treatments I find extremely risky. I hate biologics and he respects that. The new building is quite an improvement over the old one.
We've been dr-patient for quite awhile now and I find him very knowledgeable and accommodating. He's also pretty patient with me which is a bonus.

My relative prepared 2 difficult days to prepare for his colonoscopy. Day of procedure, we were 1/2 hour early. But, this doctor did not take us in until THREE HOURS later. At no time did this dr send word why the delay. If my relative had not gone through such discomfort preparing for this procedure, we would have walked out. The procedure was done. Afterward, the doctor arrived to explain the results. No apology for the delay. When I asked him why the delay and why he thought he could make us wait so unreasonably, he used the "emergency" excuse. He didn't know that the nurse had already explained to me how he overbooked his time (perhaps to still make money in case someone didn't show?). I told him the wait was unacceptable, he cared less. Later, I asked for records. I had to contact his staff NUMEROUS times--finally gave-up--got them myself from the hospital. This dr & his staff have little if any regard for their patients. Do not use this guy or his hospital.
