Dr. Wilcox performed a routine colonoscopy on me and was very pleasant in explaining everything. He sent a followup letter to reassure me. I'd return to him.

Dr. Wilcox would not let me speak, he said the Dr.is the one who speaks. I studied gastointestinal problems when I developed stomach pain, diarrhea and constipation and came to an understanding that stress and family history has a lot to do with it. At $2,500/hr his only answer to my stomach pain after an esophogas test and colonoscopy which was not necessary as I had had one 2 years previou to that was "I don't know" and "Bad diet". In response to his "Bad diet" comment I did reply that I ate only fish, fruits and vegetables. My next question was if stress could have anything to do with it and his reply was simply a "No." I certainly know this to be untrue. His receptionist refused to return my phone call when I had a question to ask.

Not very friendly. Very old fashioned. His office is like a time warp from the 1940s.
