I was hospitalized for deep depression and was actually suicidal. Please now I have a very wonderful life and suffer from depression. I was released from the hospital and still didn't feel good, but needed to venture off to try the outside world. I was given release papers and a doctors appointment 9 wks away with only a 30 day subscription. After 4 days of getting home the thoughts of suicide came back. I called the office balling asking for help. Dr. Nissen cut me off and told me to double down on the Xanax and call him on Tues. (Note this was a Friday and Monday was a labor day) First of all you don't even know what's wrong with me!!! SECONDLY OF ALL YOU SHOULD NOT EXCEED XANAX INTAKE FOR MORE THAN 7-10. This drug is horribly addictive. So I tried to get other care after finding out he told one of my friends to never have children again because she had postpartum depression. BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR.

Does not spend over 5 minutes with me per appointment when I pay for 1 hour. Rude, I have asked to be taken off medication but denied. I would have myself but I have to be slowly taken off. Ended up in an emergency room for problems with this anti depressant I asked about and am now being taken off by a doctor (Thank God). Point being he doesn't seem to take much interest in me. I call with questions or problems that I can never get addressed. When I called for an emergency when they forgot to refill my prescription he told me "What do you want from me?" and "I have had 40 calls today total from my patients and its getting old." TAKE CAUTION
