Appointments were always on schedule and never had to wait after scheduled time. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Went to Dr. Badawi for a second opinion after hearing from other Orthodontists that I would require surgery for my over bite and jaw issues. Dr. Badawi corrected the issues without the need for surgery! My bite is now proper and jaw pains are gone. Definitely go to Dr. Badawi before considering other options.

I had treatment at Smile Elements 2 years ago which was amazing. My bite was open and treatment was done without surgery. I was told from other doctors that I would have to correct this with jaw surgery which really scared me. I was very fortunate to find Dr. Badawi and his staff. Once the braces were on I couldn't believe how quickly my teeth started to move. It was so exciting to see the progress. The assistants in the back were always really kind and gentle when working in my mouth. Dr. Badawi saw me at each and every appointment and always answered my questions/concerns that I had. Since I finished my treatment, I brought my son in for treatment and once again we received amazing customer service and he has a beautiful smile. I would recommend anyone to Smile Elements, especially patients who have been told they need jaw surgery.

I had treatment at Smile Elements only a couple short years ago and I am extremely pleased with my smile and the over-all level of care I received while in treatment. At my consultation I knew that Smile Elements was the obvious choice. Dr.Badawi took his time to do a thorough exam and answered any and all of my questions regarding treatment. He was honest and very knowledgeable in his specialized field. The Receptionists were always friendly and approachable. Every appointment I came to they always knew me by name. Dr.Badawi and his assistants are an amazing team and their professionalism is second to none. The girls in the back were always quick and efficient with any adjustments made to my braces. Questions or concerns were always answered clearly and concisely. Any nerves I ever had were always put to ease by Dr.Badawi and his lovely assistants. My comfort was always a priority and never overlooked. The integrity of Dr.Badawi and his staff can clearly be seen in my smile!

Dr Badawi and his staff were a pleasure to deal with! He is extremely knowledgable and my results were great! The staff were extremely friendly and proffessional and knew me by name after my first visit. All appointments that I booked were on time and I didn't have to wait long to get in and out. Rebookings were also really easy and very accomodating for my schedule. I highly recommend Smile Elements!

Had a very negative experience with Smile Elements and Dr. Badawi. I was looking for braces for my daughter and met with them to look at what they offer and the procedure they use (which is different than other Dentists). We decided to not go ahead with Smile Elements and went with another Dentist for her braces. Was very surprised to get an invoice in the mail for $250. They claim it was for a missed appointment. I have several issues with this invoice 1. We are not even patients of Dr. Badawi and elected to no use their services, 2. Never was it communicated, or agreed to, that a $250 charge would be assessed if we did not go ahead with Smile Elements. After 5 messages for Dr. Badawi to contact me over 6 months, he finally called and said they they will not cancel the charge, that his time is worth $600/hour. They then sent us to a collections agency. Extremely arrogant and unprofessional. Would definitely not recommend their services.

Dr. Badawi is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was recommended to me by my dentist and I think it was one of the best recommendations I've ever had. Also, his staff run a great practice, and the front office staff are always courteous. The office is clean and modern and I have never waited longer than 5 minutes. I am using invisalign (Invisible braces). I really appreciate Dr. Badawi's honesty and professionalism, and willingness to explain everything. My daughter is also a Dr. Badawi's patient. I recommend his office to anyone and everyone. Just walk into the office. You'll have no regrets.

We were referred to Dr. Badawi for a second opinion after the first Orthodontist we saw was to extract 4 permanent tooth on our 11 year old daughter. Immediately upon arriving for our first consultation, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and punctual. Using state of the heart technology and in depth knowledge of latest techniques, Dr Badawi was able to clearly demonstrate and explain the proposed treatment plan. Simply put, it was easy to make a decision regarding the treatment plan once it was presented to us. It was a big investment in our daughter's future, but we couldn't be happier with the results.

Dr. Badawi and his staff have been friendly and professional. Three years ago, dr. Badawi was the sixth doctor I visited for discussing my case, and I decided not searching anymore as he was very clear about the choices I had, and, most importantly, I could see he was passionate about his work. My case was “special” and needed surgery. As I did not want surgery, dr. Badawi did everything he could to improve my bite and correct the jaw. I am very pleased with the result because I do not feel pain in the jaw anymore and also my bite is perfect now. Dr. Badawi and his staff have always been kind and patient although three years ago I had low speaking English skills, and I have asked many questions. I warmly recommend dr. Badawi and his staff to anyone who wants an excellent orthodontic treatment.
