Dr. Medvedev promised me a telephone call on Tuesday, March 29 at 1:30-2-30 pm and he did not phone. I phoned his office and the receptionist checked and she tried to locate the doctor. I did not receive a single call from Dr. Medvedev. The receptionist checked his file and had my phone number and she had given the phone time to the doctor. I am on peritoneal dialysis and waiting for a kidney transplant and I have had to complete other assessments. Dr. Medvedev’s original appointment was on October, 2023. I heard nothing from him and then I received a phone call from the stroke department of the hospital requesting that I have an appointment with a neurologist. Dr. Medvedev is my neurologist and, I believe, he did not follow up with the information he received from the scan…

I have always had a fabulous experience with this doctor. I have been seeing him for 8 years. He is kind and caring and always follows through. The lady in his office is very kind as well. I am lucky to be his patient.

I have been a patient of Dr Medvedev for many years. I find him to be wonderful, knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and when I end up in emerg, he meets me there to make sure I'm checked out. I don't understand the poor ratings I seen. I have zero complaints and would recommend him in a heartbeat .

Established doctor who does not care either way. Is regularly late for appointments even if you are his first appointment of the day! I feel bad for those who have a neurological disorder and need help on a regular, and timely basis. DO NOT rely on him. The sad part in all this is that he is very knowledgeable, yet chooses to be this way

Dr. Medvedev has sympathy and empathy to his patient. Soft spoken and great Doctor.
I love Dr. Medvedev's positive outlook and how he gives us great advise and truly cares. The Receptionist Sandi is always pleasant, quick to response to any questions She is a ray of sunshine.

His office assistant is nice...when she finally gets back to you. It's not fair to rate her along with him, but the one-stars are for the doc. In a nutshell, I got the impression that Dr. Medvedev:
a) didn't care
b) didn't believe me

Very slow to give results too.

This doctor is a complete tool along with his office staff who do not care to respond to telephone messages or e-mails. Is NEVER on time for appointments, and never available when needed. When I first saw him, he was great but over the years has become worse and worse. If you’re a new patient and need someone reliable, look for someone else

I have been a patient of Dr. Medvedev’s since early 2017 when I was diagnosed with epilepsy. He is so kind, thorough and knowledgeable that when I moved out of the lower mainland, I decided not to look for another neurologist and I continue to have phone appointments when I need them. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Medvedev. He has really gone above and beyond for me with everything I have requested from him and I will be forever grateful for his guidance and help in navigating this disease and keeping seizure-free with medication.

This man changed my life. I have had seizures my entire life but they were written off to passing out, low blood sugar etc...after one particularly bad seizure my arm was broken and the ER doctor sent me to see Medvedev the next day. He immediately ordered some test and diagnosed me with epilepsy. He could not believe I had made it into my 30's having seizures with no one figuring it out. He (half jokingly) said he'd like the phone numbers of any doctors who tried to write clonic tonic seizures as fainting. Needless to say, he put me on an anticonvulsant medication and I've been seizure free ever since!!
