Remember being a child with an active imagination thinking doctors are super heros and are the smartest people on the planet? Well that's exactly how Dr. Lilani is, she is a prime example of how a doctor should be. There is not a single patient that goes under her care and regrets it or is neglected in anyway. She is beyond competent and thorough. Her waiting hours in the office are long for that precise reason, her patients get the best care possible. I personally do not mind waiting a little bit longer if it means I get the best care possible.

This dr. Has 0 care for her Patients! Just busy making Referal to other drs . Innocent patients think she is concerned however all she is doing is swiping OHIp card and getting paid on Referal fees!
She has 0 concern for patients privacy! Without my knowledge and authorization she gave medical reports reports to my extended family so they can lie to visa officer ! I am in process of transferring my file from her

Dr. Lilani is an amazing doctor. Super knowledgeable and takes her time with you! The only problem is that she's never available. Her hours are horrible - always changing or extremely limited. If you need to see her you need to book an appointment weeks in advance which isn't helpful AT ALL. When youre lucky enough to get an appointment shes late for appointments all the time. You'll wait HOURS. I sign in and leave everytime i visit. I have the receptionist call me when the doctor is actually ready to see me. Her staff are super rude/clueless and unable to manage an office. One person has an appointment but the doctor sees the whole family. Shouldn't they have separate appointments? Anyways great doctor but that doesn't matter if you can't see her.

Sometimes the wait is long but its well worth it. Dr. Lilani is knowledgeable, smart and compassionate.

Dr. Lilani was not only highly educated and extremely knowledgeable about her practice, but she also took care of my mother with a great deal of passion and care. She really understood what myself and my family were going through, and made my mother happy and comfortable throughout her final weeks. I highly recommend her...thank you Dr. Lilani.

I switched my doctor and was looking for a caring knowledgeable individual which I was so glad to find when referred to Dr Rizwana Lalani.
She goes out of her way to take time and listen then take the right steps to get you the help needed.
I have always found the staff extremely helpful and they all work as a team.
I am blessed to have found such a caring individual who takes time when other doctors are in a rush to get to the next patient.
