Dr Godfrey himself was quite pleasant, although I didn't see him until almost 2hours AFTER my scheduled appointment. I had to wait months for this appointment and feel it was a waste of my time and money. The staff are completely miserable - I've never met another bunch of such friendly people in my life (apart from the one lady who took my payment at the end). A female tech took me first for some test and she was so unpleasant I almost walked out. Totally uncourteous and no regard for even trying to be pleasant. (My appointment was already an hour late at this time, I should have been the unpleasant one). I was then taken back to the waiting room and given no indication of how long I would wait, so I went to ask. They were very abrupt about the answer and acted like I was being a nuisance (I asked very nicely). I was told to bring a driver, so I had a friend waiting all that time to take me home. Another man, Andrew, came and took me into another room for some more tests. i thought this was the dr to start with - communication was very unclear. This person was again very unfriendly and gave an attitude of not caring about my situation or the extended delay. I was again made to wait for Dr Godfrey after Andrew left the room. Dr Godfrey was much more pleasant but could offer nothing useful for my current issues (warped vision, blurry, double & episodes of dizziness & vertigo). He ended my appointment saying "just do this regularly" and proceeded to move his finger forward & backward infront of my eyes! Are you kidding? After all that...and $250...that's ALL this highly trained specialist could offer me? Save your money and don't bother going here.

If I could give Dr.Godfrey,his staff,and clinic a 10 STAR I would have no hesitation.
From the start,before my operation,the operation,and follow up after totally professional,upfront,obliging,helpful and most importantly made me feel genuinely 100 % comfortable throughout.Allowed myself complete faith and trust in their expertise and guidance.Almost 2 weeks since op and personally, progress so far has been fantastic,incredible and "WOW!!!"
Unbelievable Service All round.
Have already shared and not hesitated recommending Dr Godfrey & Eye Outlook Specialists to friends,golf mates & workmates.
A Big Thankyou also to John Flynn Hospital & also a MASSIVE THANKYOU to Kyle Ward Optometrists,Tweed Mall.Similarly to Eye Outlook Specialists,Coolangatta their Service was totally professional & genuinely caring.JUST AWESOME!!!

I'm super happy with the outcome of my eye surgery. Dr Godfrey did an great job and his friendly manner and professionalism really set me at ease throughout the process. Excellent overall result.

Both my husband and I have had eye surgery done by Dr. Godfrey and both of us have had extremely successful results.

I had an eye operation so that I would not have to wear glasses. The operation involves in the one eye they put a distance lense and in the other they put a reading lense. This did not happen to me. I believe I received two distance lenses. This doctor will not return my calls or answer my letter and I am very unhappy about the outcome. While overall my eyesight is better than what it was it was not what I wanted. I wanted to be able to read without glasses and I believe I would have been able to achieve this if I had been able to see Dr. Godfrey before he had operated on my left eye. I had left messages to see him but they just booked me in and said everythng was fine and he knew all about what I wanted. VERRY UNHAPPY and would not recommend Dr. Godfrey at all.
