Dr. Sanfield is, by far, the best doctor I've ever had. He's held my hand through thyroid cancer surgery & follow up treatments for 6 years & my recent widow-hood. He cares about the whole person. Extremely knowledgeable about his field but also takes great care to treat the questions & fears & situations of his patients. I could move to a place that was less expensive to live but I refuse to give up the care of Dr. Sanfield.

An extraordinary doctor! He puts a lot of thought and care into every case. He's the type of doctor who is "in the trenches" with his patients -- willing to advocate for patients with insurance companies and other doctors, and he never makes you feel like you have to handle something alone. He has every quality you'd wish for in a physician -- listens to patients, takes times with patients, takes patients' needs and life into consideration, helps everyone feel like they matter and their fears and concerns are valid.

Dr Sanfield is the most conscientious physician I've ever interacted with. He is engaging, easy to understand and compassionate. He listens. He delivered some bad news to me. The next day, I called his office to ask some additional questions. He wasn't working that day. However, he called me back himself within the hour. Being able to get those last, lingering, anxiety-inducing questions answered meant so much to me. I recommend him highly.

Dr Sanfield is by far the best most conscientious doctor I've ever had-& I've had MANY! He not only is extremely skilled in his field, but cares about the whole person-not just the disease. For 17 years I have traveled over an hour (60 miles) to see him, & I'd travel even further IF I had to!
