I recently had a consultation with Dr. Steiger. I scheduled around the same time that my niece scheduled her rhino consult. My niece had her appointment months before me. After I was told about the experience my niece and her parents had at this office, I was on the fence about going to my appointment. My sister and her husband chose not to have Dr. Steiger perform the surgery on my niece’s nose because they were in that office for 4 hours. Dr. Steiger had no regard for their time and they were quite frankly disgusted. So, I gave Dr. Steiger the benefit of the doubt and showed up for my appointment. I was charged $250 for the consult. My Niece was charged $150. Why is that? That’s the first red flag. I paid nonetheless and filled out the required paperwork. I waited patiently as the waiting room started filling up with patients. I went up to the front desk and asked how much longer and they said 20 minutes. 20 minutes turned into 40. 40 minutes turned into an hour. After 2 hours of waiting, I was about to leave and get my $250 back when I was finally called back. I was put in a room and had to wait another hour for the doctor. He finally came in and spent no more than 10 minutes with me. I then went to another room where I met with the surgical scheduler. I waited some more. After all this, I decided not to schedule with Dr. Steiger. His blatant disregard for his patient’s time is atrocious. He is smug and thinks that it’s ok to waste our time. If he can’t handle the number of patients that he puts on his schedule then he shouldn’t overbook his schedule. Not everyone has all day to be in this office. Have some common courtesy. This is such a turnoff.

I want to share my wonderful experience with Dr. Steiger and his staff for my facelift, neck lift, upper and lower eyes, and CO2 laser five months ago. I'm 64 years old and had wanted to do this for about two years. I had had other consultations before I met with him and after I met him, I knew that I was in expert hands, felt completely comfortable with him, and would only trust my face to him. It was very important to me that Dr. Steiger specializes in only facial surgery. I also wanted conscious sedation instead of general anesthesia. I was very happy that Dr. Steiger has a Board Certified Anesthesiologist MD at the surgery. Dr. Steiger was recommended to me by three different women who don't know each other. Each one was right on point about his bedside manner, his sincere caring about each patient as an individual, and his expertise. The deep plane facelift he performs yields completely natural results- nobody can tell that I had a facelift. The people who know because I shared it with them all say that I had a great Dr. because I look so natural and that they want to do it now!

Leaving a review for Dr Steiger is easy. He is simply wonderful. Excellent bedside manner and the most knowledgeable rhinoplasty surgeon I have met. I did extensive research for a third rhinoplasty. My first two were done by the same doctor and the nose tip was still drooping. Dr Steiger confidently explained to me what would look proper on my face and how he would fix it. The results were exactly as he described. It has been almost one year now and I finally have the nose I wanted.

I had a revision rhinoplasty by dr Steiger over 6 months ago. The results are much better than i expected and even better than be told me that they would be. I appreciated his honesty during my consult and the recovery. While
I was very nervous, I knew I was in the best hands. The whole office made me feel comfortable. Now my mom is going to have surgery by him next month.

I came to dr Steiger for a revision rhinoplasty after my first dr did a horrible job on my nose. The whole process with him and his staff was so amazing. His staff had great bedside manner, very caring, and knowledgeable. He took his time with my surgery and my results are way beyond anything I could ask for. My nose looks exactly like I always dreamed. The follow up experience has been great. As a Registered Nurse dealing with medical procedures and doctors, I can highly recommend going here for your cosmetic needs.
