Good Afternoon Shawnie & Dr. Dickie
Later this week your company will receive a thank you gift from me. This is to thank you and your staff for the amazing customer service I have experienced through my latest journey. From Kim and Mel, Christine, surgical staff - Janet, Rosemarie, Dr. Taylor and everyone else I haven't even met that work in your company. (If I missed anyone, I apologize now...some names were mentioned as I was going to sleep...)
Thank you seems so small for how I feel about my surgery.
Dr. Dickie, thank you for the skill you have to help people like me, to feel good about my wellness journey. After losing so much weight and looking in the mirror to someone I no longer recognized, to feeling younger and more confident in this journey.
Shawnie, you made me feel calm when I was struggling with this major surgery and change. I was afraid and I sought out your opinions and you were there for me each step of the way. Before, during and after. Thank you for your calming nature and kind words.
The surgery team made me feel confident in the surgery and how I would be handled during the surgery and Dr. Taylor gave me an IV that wasn't painful at all! First time in my life! Thank's to my Nurses - Janet and Rosemarie who told me that they love working at Royal Centre! They told me I was in good hands.
Christine for an amazing face massage! Amazing hands!
I know that there are probably others I haven't mentioned or met yet but I'm sure they are the same as far as being customer service focused.
I will end with Kim and Mel who are your Directors of First Impressions. Professional individuals who are kind, sensitive and always made me feel like I was a "somebody".
Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks and this is where I want to channel that gratefulness!
I will be back - there are other parts, as a result of this weight loss that I would like "tailored".
God Bless You All,
Nancy
