He is amazing doctor. He takes the time to talk you,caring, very polite and above all, he goes above and beyond to find the right medication for you. I am very blessed to have him as my family doctor not just for me but to the entire family. God Bless you Dr. Fred and your staff as well.

Dr. Fred has been my doctor for about 6 years now. He is amazing. I know that any concerns that I bring up will be immediately dealt with or investigated further. I found that my previous GP was not great at dealing with female issues, but Dr. Fred always takes me seriously and never pushes my concerns aside. He even did extra research on a condition I have so that he can treat me better. His staff used to be quite rude and lazy, but he has recently hired new office staff and I have not had any issues since. 10/10 would recommend him to another person.

I have been seeing Dr. Fred for some time now; he is extremely knowledgeable, kind, understanding, considerate and very approachable. We have walked down many different paths together and to have this kind of support is all a person could really ask for – so happy to have him on my journey. Dr. Fred’s mission is to find the root of the problem and not to cover it up with medication unlike many doctors out there.

I think Dr Fred was alright, but not a big fan of the staff and the space. The parking is terrible and his assistant is not very nice. Nonetheless, Dr Kiggundu has helped me with some of my issues in the past and is a good listener. I wish his staff was as good as he is.

I have been seeing Dr. Fred since I was 18. I just turned 24 recently. He is my primary doctor for both my grandma and myself. He is an excellent listener, and often makes jokes during check-ups. Admittedly it can be difficult to understand what he is saying sometimes because he has a thick accent, however, he has a positive affect and is calming to be around. We have already refered him to a friend who was struggling to get help from her previous docoter.

I work as a Speech Pathologist assistant, so I have experience working as a clinician as well and it is clear that Dr. Fred tried his best to treat his clients well. Also as an "early transition" trans man it is clear Dr. Fred tries his best to respect the identities of his clients.

During my last visit, he misgendered me in the hallway, but once he ended into the office and saw it was me, he corrected himself. As someone who was "still in the closet" about my identity is was extremely affirming to hear him correct himself.

From my personal experience interacting with various health care professionals, both in my career and personal life. Listening is the most powerful skill a clinician can have! Especially a general clinician like a GP. Because people will tell you their symptoms and how they cope with it already, and what they feel they need to get better. So as long as the client is truthful, takes the required diagnostic tests and goes to specialists when referred. The GP can make their best clinical judgement about what to do. And I know I have been treated extremely well by Dr. Fred anytime I have brought any issue with him.

Just know that sometimes his suggestions may sound harsh, but as a client of his for years, I feel as if he always tried to do the best he can for his patients.

I had a doctor who dismissed everything I said. I found Dr. Fred, and he has helped me to find answers and healing. Dr. Fred is so compassionate. I wish every doctor could be like him. If you need answers and are not getting y, Dr. Fred is the doctor for you.

One of the Best doctor in the Edmonton region. I have been with Dr. Fred for over 5 years and took me 15 years to find somebody who actually hears and cares for patients need. He definitely goes above and beyond to help you. Waiting time is absolutely acceptable and he has new front desk staff and they are great. If we could have more doctors like Dr. Fred we would definitely have more healthier and happier people.

I have been Dr. Fred's patient over 7 years now and I can say he is the BEST. Very grounded and a good listener he motivates me and make me feel that there is nothing I cannot do if I have the willpower to feel and live a healthy life.
