Great Doctor! I have been going to her for over 5 years. Most doctors seem to give people the bums rush out the door without even finding about the problem. She does run late but she takes time to listen. I moved to a rural area that does not have doctors and I am glad I have kept her as my doctor.

2nd time I've seen her through the walk-in clinic. First time I left feeling more confused and like I had wasted my time. This time she seemed slightly friendlier but I went in for a UTI and she suggested I must be having an uncomfortable period.... I think I know the difference between a UTI and period cramps. Waste of time.

I've been going to Dr. Botrous for a couple years now after my doctor left Canada. She is always helpful, interested, concerned and gives great advice. She treats my entire family. Marlene at front reception is great too. Thanks for all you do.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Botrous! She treats my whole family and I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm shocked to see bad reviews. I've had general medical issues over the years but I have had some personal medical issues over last year and she has been amazing to deal with and has gone the extra mile following up on tests and specialist appointments and contacting me. A delight to have as a GP!

PRESUMPTUOUS - VISITED this Dr. Botrous at the Walk-in Clinic, Burnside, "Medicine in Motion" after her 25 min. late arrival . After showing my prescription med with all the information she refused my much needed needle for my diagnosed Hipopituitarism. She made an unprofessional, improper judgement based on a biased assumption...as if she was an expert endocrinologist. I'd been to a walk-in Clinic two weeks prior with no hassle. So I walked out untreated and went to another walk-in clinic (Family Medicine) who treated me professionally without question. Dr. Botorous needs treat patients with respect and just do her job instead of playing Dr. Know-all !!

Laughed at me several times when I asked her for a prescription for altitude sickness. Had no knowledge of what she was prescribing AND to top it all off, wrote the prescription out for someone with a very different name from my own so I have to go back and get it corrected. Worst experience I have had at a walk in. Will be going elsewhere when she is on duty.

I have never had a better Doctor. She is so easy to talk to and spends the time with me that I need. I have had many issues over the last year and she has been very patient and listens when I tell her something. I think that is rare in a Doctor. She is great! My Hero.

I was a little concerned when I was first put on Mary's list as she is very young and I'm a senior male but I needn't have worried. Mary is an absolute angel, caring, considerate and very thorough. She does run late on her appointments but everyone knows why-she takes as much time as needed and we respect that. Wanda, the receeptionist is an absolute sweetheart and I just do not understand the previous comments.
