I feel fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Shiffman and have found the sessions to be extremely thorough and professional. You have to be prepared to do the work, read the literature and show a commitment to leading a healthy life in all regards. I have found Dr. Shiffman to be very knowledgeable and experienced and would highly recommend him to anyone.

This doctors office is the true definition of incompetence.Do not bring any friend or family member.Over 10 phone calls from me,insurance and my doctor.The male receptionist is totally useless.Has never returned a single call.Incompetence at its best here folks.RUN RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN BECAUSE ITS A USELESS MAN

This practise is a disgrace to patients with mental illness.They never return calls.This office does not answer physicians requests.Several attempts were made by request and calls not returned once.I left a nasty message to the highly incompetent male secretary and finally he answered the phone after almost 10 calls.This doctor is cold hearted and thinks his shyt dont stink.I knew more about his post graduate degrees than i knew about myself.Im glad he lives in downtown Toronto and drives a mercedes.Maybe he should do us all a favor and drive his car into a garbage bin where he belongs.He is the worst doctor ive ever been with in my 50 plus years of life.This guy is a heartless piece of arrogant shyt

I called to see if my referral went through, they told me I already had an appointment booked (without my knowledge). I show up for my appointment and the door is locked, no note on the door, waited an hour.

My son had An appointment.. They send out a text message 1 hour and 28 mins before his appointment that due to an emergency he has to rescedual. The office will be in touch with you tomorrow.. This is how Doctors treat mental health. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

Dr. Shiffman is a compassionate, respectful individual. As long as a person is willing to do the work necessary I've found him to be the ideal partner in mental health. Definitely a 5 out of 5.
