This doctor will make you sit out in your car in middle of winter even when you’re on time for you visit and then those that are he’ll see first. This doctor has no respect for his patients

"As a dedicated urologist, he diagnoses the different diseases and disorders that are related to the genitourinary organs as well as its connected tissues. He examines patients with ailments, such as prostate cancer, bladder infections and urethral stones. He also administers procedures in order to treat any dysfunction of the urinary tract."

I would urge you to go see another urologist/specialist for a 2nd opinion.
It could possibly save your life.

If you want a doctor that cares about numbers and how many surgeries he can get done in a day, then when he messes one up he sweeps it under the rug. Fast forward a few years later and you are having troubles he refuses treatment to a patient on multiple ocassions. Very unprofessional.

There is no need to be rude, ever. His receptionist is clearly in the wrong job. Lets hope she never needs compassion and kindness from a Physician's office.

It has been a year since my 86 year old mother-in-law was referred to this doctor. Started as a referral from a hospital visit. The second time we met with Dr Cheng he had no idea why we were there. Told us to take a test and come back. He gave us a slip of paper with his office number to call back and book an appointment. In doing so the not so pleasant receptionist let us know "They can't help us." We should have used a different method to make an appointment, (even though this was never provided to us) so therefore we can't see the doctor. Truly, no compassion or empathy for an elderly patient who is suffering. If you have the option - avoid this office, it has been my worst experience with a so called specialist.

I would encourage people to seek out a second opinion whenever they can, especially if you don't quite feel like the specialist is as thorough as you would expect them to be, which was our experience with this Doctor.
He seemed to brush things off, he would tell us that it was nothing to worry about, but to let him know if things became worse.
Symptoms that reoccur or have been ongoing for a few years, usually indicates that something is wrong - very wrong.
But he would still say it was nothing to worry about, that he would get to the bottom of it.
Which he never did and I'm not sure if he ever intended to.
Perhaps he was just too busy with a high patient-load, that he didn't take time, or make time, to a deeper dive into some of what his patients were going through.
Get a second opinion if you can. A fresh set of eyes, a different perspective, someone who will take a deeper dive to find out what’s going on, before it becomes a situation where there is a lot going on and you find yourself with Stage 4 cancer.

This Dr. should lose his license to practice. Tells me of my pain persists that he will have to chop off my balls. Real pro Dr. Went to a Naturopath and got cured. His receptionist is a real charm, they deserve each other. I would not recommend this Dr. To my worst enemy, he is rude abrupt and spends no time to figure out what the symptoms are.

This is person should not be called a Doctor. His license to practice should be stripped from him. Rude and doesn’t know what he is doing, no
Blood work just assumes things and tries to butcher people to learn on them. Oh his secretary she is something else . They Karen man oh man!!

Have been a patient for two years and he is very thorough and precise. His receptionist,office manager is the best I have ever encountered.
