I had diarized my symptoms and it was too long for him to read. The receptionist said because of that I would be the last patient seen. So I waited until the roomful of patients was seen. From the second I met Dr. CHENG he was very annoyed with me. He disliked my symptom diary and in a very rude tone said, "why are you diagnosing yourself!?" The only thing he did that gave me hope was tell me the test he did said I don't have the illness I was previously diagnosed with by a different doctor. But all pain and symptoms continued. At my third visit he would not even look at me. Never offered pain medication or anything to help my symptoms. I just could not drive over an hour to go see him again. I wrote him a letter similar to what I am writing here. I do wish him the best but please BE KIND. Some of us are in a lot of pain!!!!!

Unfortunately I have had a ongoing problem since Nov 2020. Through the headaches of covid protocol etc Dr.Cheng has done his best. People complaining about his staff etc are basically a bunch of Karens.

This Doctor is absolutely horrid. His receptionist is equally appalling! I would highly recommend no one goes to this man. He has given my husband the run around for 2 years. BTW, he's having surgery this week to correct the problem. Thanks for nothing Dr Cheng! You have zero compassion or concern!

Had Prostate surgery June 2019 BPH) for enlarged prostate. Urination problems FAR worse immediately after and since. Now pee at lease 6 times a night and again all day. Constantly feel like I need to go. On the post operation checkup he said the ultra sound showed I had emptied the bladder. However I did get a quick glance and saw significant number on the meter was indicated. I wold never recommend this Doctor

Dr Cheng knows the science of urology. However, it is evident his secretary protects his schedule so that he doesn’t have to come in on days off unless someone is basically dying. Receptionist re-enforced the hierarchical bureaucracy of the health-care system.

Dr Cheng has been nothing short of helpful. However his receptionist needs to retire at the point. It should not be too much to ask for her to be kind over the phone when people are in pain and going through things she does not understand. She was terribly rude over the phone. As I see in the comments I am not the only one this has happened to which should not be tolerated.

It may be assumed June the receptionist is over worked. She has been very rude and in-compassionate. She scheduled wrong appointment times, and put the responsibility on the patient for the mistake. June scolded the patient for calling the office to simply ask when the following appointment was taking place. Dr.Cheng knows what he’s doing, he may need a more organized and more kind human working in the office. This is not a case of someone playing the “victim”. June is beyond rude and disrespectful.

I have been seein Dr Cheng for 5 years, he is awesome, thorough, and I highly recommend him. June is a busy lady, but gets the job done. They do not hesitate to accommodate my schedule and I much appreciate that. Thanks so much for all you have done .

I would give Dr Cheng a 5 star rating. He found my husband's tumor & did the required surgery. He was blunt & on point with his diagnosis which as a wife I prefer to hear the whole truth. His receptionist June I would give a 2. She may be overworked but should not take that out on the patient. She made mistakes scheduling appointments & made my husband feel like a fool in the office in front of a room full of patients because he showed up 5 min. early. Not very professional or compassionate.
