Dr Guigelaar is the most conscientious physician I have ever encountered. He is smart, he is thourough and he practices current, ethical medicine. He provides good treatment, a good treatment plan and answers questions and concerns. His office staff is a pleasure to work with. He just got me thru a severe pulmonary issue and was much more on top of my condition than the pulmonary consult pulmonologist.

I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes, BUT I think he is very old school. He's not a bad Dr...but, I feel he treats the symptoms rather than getting to the root of the problem.

Suggests anti-depressent medication too easily especially when not warranted.

This Dr. is very good ,Im not one to go to the doctor unless absolutely necessary but he and his team are very good and make you feel comfortable.

When my pediatrician, who I loved, retired, I found another doctor. I was a patient of his for a couple of years. He was ok, but I didn't really feel totally comfortable or confident in him. Then someone had recommended me to Dr. Guigelaar. I will never switch as long as he is in practice!! He is a great doctor, who asks a lot of questions, and really wants to get to the bottom of your problems. He is extremely thorough, and I have complete and total confidence in him. If he can't get to the bottom of something, he will send you to someone who can. He is a really great doctor, and I would and do, recommend him to everyone I know!!!

Dr. Guigelaar and his support staff are the best you'll find - very caring, thorough, and professional. I don't have a worry about who to go to when I get sick. What a relief.

Office staff seems very friendly and appt. was on time...very little wait. He was very thorough, knowledgable and seemed to truly care about his patients.

always on time you very seldom have to wait. Dr G., is very knowledgeable, If he doesn't know he will send you to some one who does. Bay City is very lucky to have a doctor of his ability.
