This doctor used to be good. But new he is seeing so many patients that he doesn't taste the time to try for aproper standar diagnosis - he just practices band aid medicine , prescribing drugs to treat symptoms, never thinking about what is causing the symptoms. After being a patient for many years, I was finally labeled "depressed" and put in the "unhelpable" pile. Now they won't give me an appointment, even when I was very sick.

Dr. Eslava is both my regular internist as well as my wife's and has been for about 5 years. We are both 60 and are starting to have health issues that come with getting older. He is very sharp and quick to find a correct diagnosis on the first approach. He also has a sense of humor and a personal confidence which makes you feel comfortable relying on his help. Our insurance became a problem this year and we chose to pay the difference out of pocket to continue to have him for our doctor.

Dr. Eslava's office is the best run medical office I have ever used. They have also been very helpful when I have called the office with urgent issues. He is on top of my medical conditions.

very bad communication. does not call patients even in difficult situations. never available when needed. prescribes unnecesary medications.trys to see too many patients sacrificing care.
