I have seen Dr Jelfimow for years. I was recently informed he’s retiring and Interior Health doesn’t want a replacement doctor! This is terrible, I will go blind before I see Dr Ross, I saw him one time for a cataract and did not get my second eye done because his office and my outcome was so terrible . I was so thankful for the great care I had with Dr Jelfimow. Mel at the desk, Gail who always made sure the office ran like a well oiled machine. Dr J leaving is such a loss to Kamloops

Dr. Jelfimow is knowledgeable and helpful. The staff are friendly, his office is well run and I rarely have to wait beyond my appointed time to see him.

Dr. Jelfimow, Geraldine Bob here. I have not seen you since 2021. You renewed my eye drop prescription since then. I made an appointment to see you last fall then cancelled as I was unable to travel due to having a stroke May 20, 2022. I was too weak and still struggling with effects of stroke. Since then I have been in recovery from the stroke. I still have not regained my balance. I just tried to make an appointment with you this fall but told I need to be referred again. I will be seeing Dr. Derkson September 22. Hopefully, My eye drop prescription will not run out before I can see you again. I am doing my best. I find the drops very helpful.

his staff is kind, patient and amazing and the doctor is gentle, thorough and quick. I dont always know what I'm there for because his office is just to keep track of my eyes condition. and then that knowledge is passed onto other specialists. but everytime I go I leave without any negatively

I was so impressed with Dr and staff. I saw him for the first time. His office was so efficient and everyone was so nice to deal with. The Dr explained everything to me. I highly recommend!

Had my first appointment today. Everyone was so nice and they explained everything to me. I have been to lots of doctors where you wait and it’s rushed. Not this guy, I was so impressed.

I found Dr Jelfimow and his staff very professional and helpful. I had an emergency appointment with him shortly after a horrendous experience with Dr Ross. He has been very caring with me and I really appreciate that he takes the time to explain things. It’s not about the buck!
