Very bad customer service. Never return calls. I would like to suggest implementing better communication protocols to keep patients informed of any delays or changes to their appointments. Additionally, providing additional training or support for front desk staff could help improve efficiency and ensure a more positive experience for patients.

Hi how are you my first visit I make appointment waiting for a month and after that for first week that I was outside to parking a car and receptionist is coming she was so rude and mean and she asked me out with that you only allowed 1 person and I never seen and Canada the rude people in my life and I don't recommend this office and this doctor to anyone h please don't go to the office

Not sure where all the bad reviewes are coming from; reading everything on google I was literally terrified for my first prenatal appointment, for no reason. The doctor herself is very kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Her nurse Caroline was nice and understanding and explained everything. The receptionist is concise and does her job, she is not rude, just to the point. They do have strict rules and I can understand why; an OBGYN office is catering to some of the most vulnerable populations (pregnant women) and cannot risk their safety getting sick because of someone else's negligence. Also it is difficult to conduct a well-visit or any medical appointment if you are bringing your children with you and they are crying or needing to be consoled. People are complaining about their lapses in OB care which I can understand; however you need to understand the backlog in patients throughout the country post-COVID and that's not something one doctor can fix. Your PCP should be ordering the necessary screening/tests in the interim.

Dr herself is amazing. Very polite, friendly and caring person. I don’t have any staff complaints. Even of they were rude as per other reviewers, why rate low when you know some people won’t go there and also deem the doctor as not being a good one? Does she deserve that? I don’t believe so. I have had complaints about health staff for 22 years; each time I found doctors who clearly didn’t want to be there. They definitely deserved low ratings. But Dr. Shereen was one of the rare ones who actually had interpersonal skills. Think about that next time before giving the low reviews. A lot of people won’t go to her because of low ratings since they won’t bother to read comments about her staff. They will just look at the ratings and move on.

Dr Shereen is nice when she meets with you and I've not had any issues with her herself so far. Her policies are very strict at the office due to high covid paranoia and a whole list of other rules. The message when you call is cold and unfriendly and it's very difficult to get your message heard or a call back. There are a lot of strict rules. and there are signs plastered all over the walls telling you what you can't do while you're in there. The staff is really not great. There's one lady who was pleasant with me the other ones seem harsh and rude and not wanting to do their job or have empathy for patients. But I like Dr. Shereen so I'm willing to put up with everything in hopes that she will help me have a healthy baby.

I was referred by my family doctor and came to couple of appointments and Doctor was nice and respectful. Her staff was extremely rude and won't listen to you and think she's the boss.

I tried to change the appointment date and she just ignored and won't make any changes. She is hiding complaints against her from doctor.

Doctor is great and understand the concern. BUt her staff is terrible and racist, She think she's the doctor and making her own rule. Doctor doesn't even know about that and Im sure when doctor finds out, she will be kicked out.
