I would never go back the doctor was rough inserting the metal clamps dry and he only asked personal information regarding my life nothing to do with my checkup the more I said ouch he just disregarded it. I saw him on a Thursday and 3 days later I am in severe pain needing to go to the ER he felt up in my uterus about 6-7 times causing pain then after all was said and done he suggests that I have cryoblation in their main office. I should have left before the visit as my instinct was to the office was depressing looked "hole in the wall" type of setup staff was not medically presentable kinda scruffy I would not recommended this doctor and I will never fo back

very annoying how he tried to hard sell me a "new" procedure to stop heavy menstrual flow. "Doesn't hurt at all" he said. After I said NO he had his nurses call me twice to try and talk me into it. I even got called off the floor at work to answer an embarrassing call about this procedure in front of my customers! He again tried to push it on me the following year and told me "it's a better procedure now and doesn't hurt as much" As much? Getting my low functioning thyroid issues under control was the solution - not burning out my uterus! His Enfield office is depressing too. Every piece of artwork on the wall seems to portray a woman in pain. Not cheery at all.

Dr.Berke goes out of his way to make the papient & family feel comfortable and he is so proffessional
