Great doctor but terrible support staff. Calling for an appointment is a fiasco. They often give you an appointment and when you get the doctor isn't there or at another office. Of course, they blame you for the mistake. A different medical assistant every time you go, each one worse than the last. The portal is useless as no one ever gets back to you if you leave a message. If I didn't like and respect Dr. Henry so much, I would change and go to another practice.

Great doctor but an awful support staff. Medical assistants change all the time and most are unprofessional. The front desk staff and people who answer the phone for appointments seems bored and disinterested.

We shifted tohartford in month of July I was referred to Dr Henry . she is a great doctor throughout my pregnancy she has monitored me well ... Made me feel comfortable she has complete knowledge of what she is doing and make u feel that u r in safe hand ... I am very thankful to her for being with me through out my pregnancy ... And her assistant Crystal is also wonderful

Dr. Henry is fantastic! She is so personal and cares about the individual. She even came to visit me in another hospital when I had emergency surgery. She is great and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Henry is the BEST doctor I have ever been to! She's friendly, extremely intelligent, always returns phone calls, and has an impeccable bedside manner. I would never go anywhere else!

Love Dr. Henry. She has amazing bedside manner and makes you feel at ease. Easy to talk to!! I think she really loves what she does and genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend to her anyone!!!

Not the right person for younger patients, imo. In two instances now she has been seemingly oblivious to the nervousness of a teen patient having her first experiences with a gynecologist. When the patient asked a question about some symtoms, Henry made it clear that she thought the patient was stupid for not already knowing the answer.

Dr. Henry is my OB/GYN and she delivered my 2nd daughter. I would recommend her to anyone. She is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and very easy to speak with. She makes you feel very comfortable and at ease.
