Dr. Yanni is a life saver. I literally could not walk the day of my first visit. I was in so much pain that I was delirious. Dr. Yanni took the time to speak to me and understand what was going on. Within 15 minutes his team had an MRI approved and they even scheduled the appointment for me. I could not be happier with Dr. Yanni and the entire staff at his office. I will be forever grateful for his skilled hands and outstanding bedside manner.

After a visit to the ER and a follow up with my primary physician, I was referred to SPINA. It happened that Dr. Yanni was in the office the day I called. Although he had no availability, his staff took the time to speak to him and then get me in the same day. My pain was so bad that I could barely walk so a STAT MRI was ordered. I had the MRI the following day, and my first set of injections the day after that. Dr. Yanni does not mess around - he is all about making his patients feel better. I've since had a bi-lateral epidural and since that provided some relief, I was a candidate for an endoscopic rhizotomy which was done this past Monday. My pain decreased dramatically post op. I'm still healing and a bit sore, but the success of the procedure was immediately evident. Dr. Yanni is truly about taking care of his patients. His knowledge is evident, but his bedside manner put him head and shoulders above the rest. His quiet confidence puts me right at ease. I appreciate him and his staff tremendously!!

I have a lot of old injuries, including 5 herniated disks in my lower back. My MD, and the hospital emergency room both told me I had muscle spasms and prescribed pain medication and muscle relaxers. They did nothing for me and it was unbearable! Dr. Yanni, twice in 6 years, has gotten me off of a cane and standing up/walking again. I had the shots in my back combined with Chiropractic/PT care. He and his staff make you feel like a family member. My wife recently was told by the same MD that she had muscle spasms in her back. Three weeks of heavy medications later, I took her to Dr. Yanni and it turns out she had two bulging disks. Hi treatment plan has her feeling great again, one week later, with NO medication! I am a real patient and have been seen by other Pain Management Doctors.

Dr Yanni has treated me for pain in my lower back - stenosis, L3-L4 issues and S1/S2 problems. Additionally neck issues at C3-C4.

Dr Yanni is compassionate and caring, well trained, and has provided diagnosis, alternatives, physical therapy scripts, medications, alternative solutions, epidural injections and rf-ablation.
My pain has been well managed over the five years I have been seeing Dr. Yanni.

Additionally I have seen, neurosurgeons, and orthopedic surgeons. We have as yet not had to resort to surgical procedures.

I have also tried other pain management doctors, only to be driven back to Dr. Yanni. He offers in office OR, anesthesia, review of online electronic records for MRI's and X-Rays, and spend sufficient time with me at least, to explain my issues and alternatives. He never tires of my questions and provides understandable compassionate answers.

While choosing a doctor is a personal decision I would highly recommend doctor Yanni.

I don't know who has written these "great" reviews about this doctor but he is horrible. He did several surgeries on me to only make my pain worse. I had to go to another doctor after he mysteriously disappeared from his practice. I am so glad I found my new doctor. Finally someone that knew what they were doing. Please take it from someone that has been through a nightmare. Do not treat with Dr Yanni.

Dr. Yanni is one of the most kind and caring physicians. On top of being extremely knowledgeable regarding different pain and treatment, he puts his heart in treating patients, which makes you feel that you are in good hands. I would recommend him to anyone who has a difficult and chronic problem with pain, as he will make sure you are safe, and will try his best to find the treatment that works best for each individual.
