Dr Plotsky and the other doctors on staff are very helpful and take the time to explain the situation to the patient. There is a real interest in making sure the patient is informed and involved.

Staff is unresponsive to requests for prescriptions, test results, etc. and are unwilling to let you speak with the doctor if you have a question, without making an appt. I have always had to wait for hours (yes, hours) to be seen. The doctor and staff like to argue with your concerns and are dismissive. Especially find Dr. Plotsky to be extremely dismissive with women (myself and my daughter).

Dr.Plotsky is an excellent doctor - gives you plenty of his time, although you do wait a bit to see him. Paula Rinschler, the PA, is awesome. She knows as much as any doctor and I actually prefer to see her over the doctors. You rarely wait to see her. The front desk staff is "okay;" Patty the office manager can be very rude. The medical assistants are very nice.

This office is outstanding. Dr. Plotsky is an excellent physician. The staff is lovely and very helpful. They are friendly and do a great job drawing labs. The front desk is always efficient and couteous. Getting in for a same day appointment is always easy and appreciated. This is a fine medical office.

This doctor likes to argue. In particularly, he likes to argue about the symptoms you are having. He stated that I could not possibly have the symptoms I am having. He always contradicts what you say, and has a very suspicious nature. I saw him occasionally, but he makes you feel like you are a hypochondriac, and shouldn't waste his time. Also, I don't think he or his staff checks the results of any test they ordered. He seemed quite surprised about some previous test results. This doctor was rated by his peers in a local magazine as one of the best. Because of this I believe he hesitates refering you to a specialist unless he knows the diagnose already. In other words, he's afraid to look bad among his peers. Also, if you do go to his office, be prepared to see his physicians assistants a lot. One of them likes to argue also, and tends to be in a bad mood. I am sorry if this hurts him or his staff, but it's the truth.

Dr. Plotsky is a great and knowledgeable doctor. He always takes his time and discusses my condition with me. His staff can be hot or cold. I have had trouble with the front desk. I've also had less than pleasant experience with his nurses. I put up with it because I know I am getting excellent medical care. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Plotsky to anyone.

Dr. Plotsky is not great, but what's worse is his office staff! They are SO rude and not helpful. I have never received such POOR service from a physician's office. They refused to write me a prescription for Allegra without seeing me first (b/c they wanted to make money off of my visit, of course) even though I am a pharmacist and even though anti-histamines like Claritin and prescription strength Zyrtec (which is even more potent) are available over the counter. I know more about medications than they do! When I went in for my first visit, Dr. P hadnt even heard about a couple of the medications I was asking for. They are so difficult to deal with when you call for something as simple as an appointment! I am no longer seeing them and I have finally found a PCP that I like!

HIS OFFICE IS RUDE AND INEFFICIENT AND HE DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO MANAGE MY MEDICATIONS. ADMITTEDLY, I TAKE SEVERAL MEDS BUT HE DECLARED HE WOULD NEED HELP WITH THEM. SO WHAT WAS I SEEING HIM FOR?? I NEVER WENT BACK. THEY WERE ALL LATE TO MY APPT AND THAT'S A BIG PROBLEM, IN MY BOOK.
