Ross is just as bad as everyone says. He will nickel and dime you to death and not give two ****s about it. While the video call I had with him did confirm what I suspected about my soon-to-be ex (though my own therapist already confirmed it), he came off as completely arrogant. He interrupted and puffed up his "expertise" again and again. Ross is likely a narcissist himself.. the irony hasn't escaped me. I would stay far away from him and DO NOT pay him a dime!

Ross Rosenberg gave me the knowledge to analyze my own behavior and recognize the highly intelligent and abusive people in my life. These skills were put in the context of his approach towards healing, also in his book, which was effective and I recommend it to others whenever possible.

Ross saved my life. After reading his books and seminars, and having therapy with him, I was able to reconcile an entire life of disfunction. I was so afraid of everything before, couldn't even explain my own feelings. I thought I would never be able to recover. I tried many different therapists along the years of my life, but he was the one who made a difference. His work is innovative and can effectively resolve childhood trauma caused by narcissistic parents.

I don’t disagree with many of the positive or negative reviews. At the end of the day, Ross is definitely out for himself, there is no denying that. Everyone has to eat, including you. That doesn’t mean he is methods are wrong.
At the end of the day you’ve got to take the good with the bad at times. I walked away with some pearls that made my admittedly, expensive experience worthwhile. I can see if you don’t have the financial resources to see his work as yes expensive, imperfect, yet positively meaningless, it would be extremely disappointing. If you’re looking for a few nuggets and can filter out the unnecessary expense/time to get there, go for it. I’ve met with many clinicians over the years that tell you what you want to hear. I consider that a greater waste of my time and money.

Wow, what a wide range of reviews! It seems like people either hate or love Rosenberg. No middle ground reviews. Could it be because of how his personality interacts with his clients? I say this because the happy “I like him” reviews seem to come from people who completed therapy and are grateful for it. The “he sucks” comments seem to come from disgruntled people not accepted into his program or those who stopped working with him.

All I know is that Ross walks the walk and talks the talk. He doesn’t pretend to be the run of the mill therapist who is good at listening, being empathetic, and dependent on the standard “oh that must be terrible…how do you feel” BS technique. He was beyond amazing. He immediately sized me up like a mind reader, cued into my problems, especially the ones I had no idea I had, and understood my narc boyfriend like he knew him forever! Only a guy like him could say I had a crappy and lonely life and inspire me to escape it. And he had a plan on how to do it! Thank you Ross! I could never have gotten to happy and self-love land without you!

Highly Recommend Ross - great books, even better therapist. I have been to several different therapist, counselors and even “healers”. Ross really opened my eyes to the ROOT issues vs just chasing symptoms. His insight and perspective has been life changing for not only me, but my kids, friends and community.
