Rude & dismissive! Safe yourself from going to see him, get a referral for a different doctor he doesn't care about his patients.

Honestly not good enough. His office is dirty and cramped, especially in the era of covid, no social distancing or cleaning protocols for the eye patches we have to wear during the tests. His administrators are refusing to share their records with me (My records BTW). Margolin then told me during my appointment I know too much already, I think he is off put by an autonomous patient. Further, his residents and general team are not professional I attended last week and there was chaos an administrator coming into my exam room to chat with the resident to discuss how bad was Dr Margolin's mood today. He has no management skills

Not good, staff doesn't respond to phone calls, you wait long hours to have a not so pleasant or a thorough conversation, dismissive, my insurance company needed consult report and had such a hard time getting them send to my Family physician.

Waited 7 hours in his office to only speak with him for less than 2 minutes. BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR HE REPORTS TO THE MTO after less than a two minute appointment. Bedside manner is the worst I've ever seen. Safe yourself from going to see him, get a referral for a different doctor he doesn't care about his patients.

Shocked at some of the reviews on here. I had a great experience (apart from the long wait, which was expected anyway as my family doctor warned me about it). Dr. Margolin did my cataract surgery and I'm very happy with the results.

Dr Margolin is a super specialist and hence the reason the wait times are so long. Despite his extreme knowledge, he does not have an ego and down to earth enough to discuss a case with other experts when needed to obtain the required answers. He has a room full of patients waiting for him and hence he does not do unnecessary chit chat. He summarizes the findings, next steps and answers all questions. His level of experience, expertise and love for helping patients truly shines through with difficult cases like mine. I’m so grateful for Dr Margolin. He saved my life.

Dr. Edward Margolin is such a great doctor! I no longer need glasses at all. I started wearing glasses when I was 7 years old. I’m now 67 years old and I don’t wear glasses. At all. I never thought this would ever be possible. I have great vision now, thanks to Dr. Margolin who did surgical lens implants for me in 2014, which was far easier than I expected. He is very gentle and clear. I also have glaucoma which Dr. Margolin has been keeping under complete control since it was diagnosed over 8 years ago. I couldn’t be more happy, more grateful, or more impressed. Thank you, Dr. Margolin!
