One of the secretaries was insensitive and defensive when I called for test results. Interrupted me when I tried to explain my situation. Seems like she should be replaced!

I've had Dr. Lau for over 15 years. Seems pretty good to me, happy to talk to me, pretty easy to get in and see. The staff has always been pretty good as well. (Everyone has an "off day"; fortunately I have rarely run into that - last time was a long, long time ago.)
Other than that it's all been good.

Dr Lau is very responsible for the patients. His diagnosis is very decisive, very fast and accurate. He has extensive knowledge and comprehensive technology. Dr Lau not only solved my blood pressure problem, but also performed my back lipoma surgery. The result is very good. He has been my and my wife’s family doctor for more than 14 years and he is one of the best doctors in Sarnia.

Incompetent, unhelpful, unconcerned are some of the words I would use to describe this doctor. He should not be a. doctor.

Dr. Lau has been very helpful in encouraging me to go gluten free and to stop eating red meat in particular...due to rheumatoid arthritis. He seems very knowledgeable, and makes every attempt to reduce any toxic type medications or exchage them for natural ways to treat or cure. He is not really sociable but then doctors are not there to socialize but to listen and treat as needed..I have no issues with my doctor and have no interest in changing...one thing I would remind people is that we need to ask for certain things such as xrays, bloodwork etc..if we don't have an ongoing problem. The responsibility is ours...and that is ok with me.
