A Wonderful man taken from us to soon in life, where he could have helped so many more people. Our thoughts are with his family.

Excellent doctor. Wonderful man. His life ended a few years ago and his practice has been taken over by Dr. Cassandra Taylor.

Loved having Dr. Schlebusch as my family Doctor. Always listened, never rushed me, caring, kind, knowledgeable - but after moving to Windsor3 years ago, it's time for me to find a local doctor. My best to his and his staff.

Dr Schlebusch has been the most caring family doctor for my family of 7. He will truly be missed by all of us. His compassion and thoroughness helped, not just myself, but my entire family through some tough times. Always there to lend a shoulder and provide advice within his scope.

Dr. Schlebusch is a kind, patient doctor who has only ever treated me with respect. I would like to stay with him, but to be frank requesting an appointment with him is causing me undue stress.

The biggest issue is really in his scheduling. I have had more than one instance where my appointment has been cancelled; sometimes I have been informed in (sort of) advance, other times I haven't been informed at all - I arrived to a closed office. I call in advance for my appointments and it is still a month + long wait for the next availability. Not only that, in my busy day, I have to call over and over again until someone answers as patients are forbidden from leaving any message - even a message requesting to schedule an appointment will not be returned. I arrive promptly for my scheduled appointment and I wait for more than an hour to get in. In all of this it is as though my time carries ZERO value in the world of Dr. Schlebusch and his office. I, as I am sure many of his patients, have busy working lives and are making compromises to fit into his schedule. But his office is not doing enough to stay on time, give advance notice to cancelled appointments and give priority to those cancelled patients when rescheduling . My life is stressful; trying to get in to see my doctor, possibly even to discuss that stress, should not be another layer of stress for the patient.

Fix your scheduling issues and be more accommodating when you have to cancel patient appointments.

Dr.Schlebusch is the best, explains everything so you can understand it and is no judgmental at all, treats everyone the same and has amazing bedside manners. The staff is just a good as him friendly and nice

Dr Schlebusch told me I had an STD without any lab results saying so. He eyeballed a minor bacterial infection. He also called me back in July saying he referred me to someone to check abnormal cells. I waited a month to find out he never sent my paperwork. I found out because he called me again today, to say he was referring me to the same dr he told me he was referring me to a month ago. The paper work was still not sent. The new dr had to call to get them, I waited a month for nothing.

A true gentleman. Open minded, listens to what you have to say, never rushes you. Modest wait time for appointment and quick to refer as necessary. So glad he is our doctor.
