The best ENT I have been to. Very knowledgeable but alas he retired in early 2021.

The staff and office is horrible. It is too bad because Dr. McClure is an amazing doctor. He needs to locate better staff.

Dr. Douglas McClure is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable, with excellent manners and very trustful. I moved from Brampton 200 km away, but I am still making appointments with Dr, McClure. I had bad experience with ear doctors in GTA before the year 2014. Since Dr. McClure became my doctor, my hearing became better and better). The staff is also, very helpful and polite.

Dr McClure is great but getting in to see him is impossible. They are only open 3 days of the week till 4pm and you cannot leave a message on their voice mail and, oh yes, they do not answer calls between 12 and 1pm! Very very difficult to get in, to contact the office, to follow up with anything and they also close for a long period in the summer. So unless you are sitting at home all day it's not practical at all. Any eventual appointment you have to wait many months for and any follow ups too. So unless you are willing to wait for years for the whole process of any particular issue being taken care of there is little point. Also they need more helpful, perkier, friendlier staff who are happier to be there and not so stale in their jobs. When people are suffering and worried about their individual health concerns they need efficiency, empathy and a service that doesn't block off 90% of the time when normal people CAN call and don't you think that it might be a good idea to have a way of leaving messages?? No confirmations or enquiries can be made with this current system they have and then they say "you did not call to confirm"! Well if u don't answer the phone or you are not open and you can't leave a message it's a LITTLE difficult don't you think!

I have been treated by Dr. Doug McClure. There is no words to discribe him . I have been treated by him fore more than 20 yeard. He and his staff are awesome.

What a joke. Tried several times to call them without any luck. Apparently acc to the message on the voice mail the phone is answered. Well I guess I was not lucky then ...... ridicolous !!!!

Find Dr mcclure orders hearing tests when not always required! Nice extra to bill to OHIPP!!! Refused to see me without the test, what happened to the oath Drs take? Used to think he was great and would highly recommend, don't think that anymore nor recommend him.

The doctor is good, his front desk staff are a bunch of old miserable burnt out ladies who need to retire and give the positions to young energetic helpful younger staff. They are extremely rude and have no professionalism at all. which is too bad, because this doc lost my business because of those retirement aged ladies.
