at a period in time I thought the sun rose and shone on this guy for 15 yrs i was his patient . conflict of interest he was my family dr but he could not be going into narcotics i was a problem . out of the blue he dismisses me over the phone his excuse of a nurse ,i know her personally power hungry uses another nurses notes ,dr up and lies her face off about how the cops kicked me out the clinic the manager of the building asked me to leave. I worked for WPD .I challenged both of them at the board hearing he used his lawyer to defend her lies and tried to threatened me . I know her and she knows me , she stated she treated me from past clinics , I exposed her lies . the only time she wrote my name is when she forged documents to support him , because alone, my word against his he was loosing his cash cow until she revealed the lengths she would go to help him i believe he made head nurse for helping him so if patients feel they are being looked down on because of pain I believe them . curtis and his ethnic nurse are capable of anything . from my dealings with them .

Dr fedoruk , is one of the best Dr in his profession, he took care of my wife while she suffered through Brest cancer, I think without him my wife would have suffered a great deal , he’s a great doctor and a great pain management professional physician, I’d recommend him to anyone that’s going through a love one with a terminal cancer diagnosis, thanks Doctor for all your help with our family,

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! Especially if you are a woman! He is so careless, irresponsible, and downright shady. He is also extremely creepy with women and should not be left alone with female patients. I'd go into more detail, but let me just say that he should lose his license. Look him up on the OCPS website before swing him, and if necessary, please report him.

This so called Dr should have his license revoked. When I finally got into his office he was sitting in a chair with his leg on his desk. When he decided to address me he asked what are you doing here!!! What do you expect me to do?? This excuse for a human being let alone a pain specialist is what Windsor has to offer? Don't go to see this arrogant condescending ignorant person!!! Two trips to be treated like in this manner is unacceptable from any physician, anyone dealing with chronic pain syndrome has enough on their plate. Please stay away! Report this man that thinks he is a doctor. We should submit a bill to him!!!

Dr Fedoruk doesn't listen or care about his patients at all. The wait time is ridiculous and when you do finally get to see him he doesn't listen or care about what you say. He treats you like a junkie. He doesn't give you enough meds to cover you between visits and when you try to get him to get your refill into the system at the pharmacy a few days before he refuses. So much for his oath he swore! I'm not trying to get it early because he won't even let you get it 1 day before your out....you must be completely out and hope the pharmacy has it to fill your script ( happened twice that the pharmacy was out)...I have chronic back pain, already operated on once and due for a second as I'm up for fusion. If your GP wants to send you to him, please try to get someone else.

Stay away from this joke of a Dr. Shame on him for treating us all like an inconvenience. I leave crying in my car every time. I wanted to leave him years ago but I'm worried I won't find help for my chronic painful condition. No compassion or knowledge. His staff of ladies are bullies. They all treat you terribly at the pain clinic. He's now reducing pain medication he gives patients. No matter how much pain you are in. He says it's not his problem. His income is more important than our well-being. Do yourself a huge favour...RUN I've gotten my referral completed for a new pain clinic and will be leaving Fedoruk for good. I can hardly wait.
