I was having back problems after having back surgery in college. I am now 63 years old and was having problems with weakness in my legs. He diagnosed the problem the problem through extensive testing and was able to provide the best surgery for me without having a fusion. He was great and I am doing great with no pain. I would definitely recommend him to anyone

After six previous cervical spine surgeries performed by neurosurgeons and a thoracic outlet surgery for the chronic neck pain with no relief since 2008 then basically being told that I would just have to “live with the pain”! I refused to accept this! I knew something within my neck wasn’t right and I began to research orthopedic surgeons after my niece in FL had such success with her cervical fusion done by an orthopedic surgeon! I found Dr. Andrew Cordover on Andrews Sports Medicine website and I read each and every one of his patient reviews and they all basically said the same thing that Dr Cordover “changed their life”or “gave them thei life back”. After much prayer I knew he was the one.
Fast forward… I am now 10 days post-op cervical fusion surgery performed by Dr. Andrew Cordover and I am 100% free of neck pain, radiating arm pain and tingling and I feel better than I have in 14 years!!! It’s all because of Dr. Cordover he is a ROCKSTAR!!! I can’t thank God enough for helping me find him! He has truly given me my life back and I will forever and always be grateful! I can’t thank him enough! He is truly a PHENOMENAL surgeon!

I found Dr Cordover after another doc had given up on me... I had a bad L5/S1 and a blown C5/C6 disc that needed attention... In my first visit, he addressed both problems and immediately sent me for a MRI... Followed up and we came up with plan for a cervical and lumbar fusion... They were done 6 weeks apart... Follow up visits were taxing.. Long wait times.. Shoved me into the VIP lounge one time.. Wasn't so bad... He and his staff have always taken time and been excellent.. I'm in law enforcement and taking care of my back is my first priority... Dr. Cordover is the only doc that will ever operate on me.. I wish I had found him the first time I needed surgery

Dr. Cordover is sweet and knowledgeable. He is a fantastic surgeon. However, his nurse, MA, or whatever her title is, is a cold hearted witch in my opinion. I have friends who see his and feel the same way. She is catty, evasive and rude. I had surgery and left the hospital with a rx for many things. I took them as directed and called for next one at appropriate time, and was accommodated. That medication ended up being the culprit of a terrible allergic reaction. So i waited til my 2 wk follow up to show him the reaction and he gave mea different pain medication which wouldve made rx#2 since I couldt take the second one. When I called for another one I was treated like a crack head. Ive known patients of his who got WAY more than I did and alls I asked for was 2 weeks worth. I did after all go back to work half days after only 3 weeks post op. And yes he cleared me for this. But apparently you cant be in pain and still work because he only gave me 10 pain pills and refused to write anymore at not even 5 weeks post op and said Id have to go to a pain clinic. Im still under his care so why would I do that...I do not have chronic pain....im 4 and a half weeks post op. Im contemplating not going back and just hope for the best. Oh and the wait is usually terrible but not as terrible as his staff. I hate even calling her.

Dr Cordover gave me relief to a back problem I had been having for years. My previous ortho doc would not do surgery. Dr Cordover is through and knows what he is talking about. Granted he is a little rough around the edges at first, but it got better. Wait times are not always the best but he spends as much time with a patient (or at least with me) as I need him too.

Dr. Cordover seems to have a concious. And appears to be very knowledgeable. I am in the process of experiencing more of his expertise. It's Workers Comp. And it's my first time. After 35 years of working. It seems most believe your another fraud till proven innocent.

I have always had a great experience with him. He did a knee replacement on my grandmother years ago. I began to see him when I began having severe back pain due to a car accident, while in high school. his care was amazing. I didn't want surgery and he understood after years of me coming to him he referred me to another surgeon for my blocks (which I get one a year). The only thing I disliked was the long wait to see him, however he is through with his visit and exam. In future bring YOUR lunch or laptop to keep you busy. VERY WORTH THE WAIT.
