I had wanted to have septorhinoplasty and sinus surgery for a while. I had consultations with many highly recommended surgeons in NYC. I have to say I often left the consultations with imaging that was not what I wanted. Either the surgeon reduced my nose too much, too pointy or it just did not look right with my features. I was looking at Top Doctors 2014 and noticed Dr. Westreich who is both an ENT and a very highly recommended Plastic Surgeon. I scheduled a consultation and prior to me meeting the Doctor his lovely assistant took photographs of my face. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Westreich came into the examination room with the rhinoplasty imaging. I was blown away, without even chatting with me, his first rendition of what should be done was point on. It fit my features and looked so natural and perfect. I had no changes to the images. Dr. Westreich is so personable and extremely thorough and went through a diagram of all the aspects of my surgery which was over 4 hours long. I was totally confident that this was going to be my surgeon and booked the surgery within two weeks. My whole experience with his team was top notch. I had a great anesthesiologist and woke up feeling relatively well. I went home for a pretty seamless recovery and the Doctor and his sweet assistant Crystal checked in on me almost every day. Time for the big reveal and I could not be happier! My nose is so pretty and fits my features so well. It was point on to the imaging Dr. Westreich did prior to surgery and I am still swollen! It was a big decision for me and I am so happy that I went to such a qualified surgeon who has the best bedside manner. His whole staff are wonderful as well and appointments are very timely. Overall I wasted a lot of money on consulations with some very good surgeons but thank god I made the right decision with Dr. Westreich.

Dr. Westreich is terrific. He is highly skilled and has a great demeanor. His work is flawless and he also listens well, really cares about his patients, and is very articulate. His office staff is also wonderful to deal with. Overall, I can recommend him without any reservation.

Dr. Westreich is an amazing person, and an immensely skilled surgeon. Choosing to undergo surgery is a very personal decision, and Dr. Westreich, Lauren, and Ossie made the process as easy as possible. Everyone was attentive, helpful, and kind. I selected Dr. Westreich because he is double-board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is experienced, and undeniably, an expert in his field. Furthermore, he made me feel safe, he is a patient advocate (I had a few problems with my insurance covering the surgery), and he clearly loves his job. Having a septorhinoplasty is long and a difficult journey (because of the healing time), but one that has been well worth it. My results are truly incredible. I no longer have a deviated septum, I can breathe, and simply put, my nose is perfect. I really couldn't be any happier. I am beyond lucky to have chosen such a phenomenal surgeon. I highly recommend him!

Great Doctor, hes very confident and he lets you know that. He takes extreme care and pride in his work. I visited other doctors but they would cut off my visit in order to see other patients. Dr. westreich gave me his undivided attention. Very caring and professional. I definitely recommend him!

Dr. Weistreich is simply the BEST. He is very polite and friendly and answers all your questions that you ask. I had to have a nose revision simply put to fix someone else's mistakes. I am so genuinely appreciative to Dr. Westreich and his most talented team for the amazing results of my nose job. My new and improved nose has dramatically improved my life and has had an "axe effect" impact on my life and relationships. From the first moment I met Dr. Westreich in 2011 I new I wanted him to fix my nose for me. I proceeded to get my surgery in Jan 2012, I had an airway graft, my bone shaved, tribunates fixed and my septum fixed. Not only am I pleased with my result so are the people who know me. His staff is always willing to answer questions and his assistant Lauren has always made sure I was well taken care of. Since my surgery four of my family members have gone to him as well as friends. I also decided to do a half vile of filler in my lips and of course I'm happy with that as well. Dr. Westreich has been nothing short of amazing and I will continue to recommend him and use him as my doctor for the years to come.

Dr. Westreich was recommended to me by another surgeon and I am very pleased. My nose was crooked and my breathing was blocked. Dr. Westreich is a very skilled surgeon and corrected the deviation. I read these comments before going to see dr. Westreich and I couldn't agree more with the positive feedback. My experience was wonderful. But more important to me is his work. I don't really care about "bedside manner" if my doctor's work is excellent. It just so happened that dr westreich's work was excellent and he was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. I will be returning.
