My father has been a patient of Dr. Cleaveland s for 2 yrs now. He is a compassionate doctor and is very knowledgeable in his field.

Dr Cleaveland did a very specialized surgery on our son last year called a hypospadias repair. He did an excellent job on our son .We were given instructions by him about the procedure and we understood we had a responsibility for our childs care also. Dr Cleaveland does have an answering machine which gives you his cell phone numbers after hours, we should know this because we called him more than once on it. Excellent doctor.

Circumsized a three month child. Sent baby and parents home without instructions for proper care/or what to watch for. Child was bleeding and parents took him back to the Dr. and he put a gauze on child and said to put pressure on his penis until it stops and sent them away again. Later in the day, child started bleeding again and parents are currently in the emergency room as this Doctor does not have a answereing service or phone number for after hours.
