Dismissive, did not listen and did not help. Had 2 visits and despite providing my detailed history of sleep issues and experiences with different sleep therapies they prescribed standard sleep compression which had not worked in the past and did not work this time . They had no plan for my treatment and could not answer the simple question; can you help me. Maybe they are ok for people with standard sleep issues but hopeless for anything complex.

Have seen David approx 3 times. He performed a sleep study and was able to diagnose my issue. HOWEVER, after trying 2 medications and to the point of me in tears during our consult begging for help as my sleep disorder is severely impacting my quality of life, he brushed it off and said well I can't do anything, go back to your psych, he needs to deal with it.

My psychiatrist is for my depression and anxiety. Yet a SLEEP SPECIALIST will not assist me with my SLEEP issues. Yes I am a complex case, however it appeared to me David could not be bothered with my treatment. Burst into tears after the appointment. Would not recommend at all.

A doctor rating high on punctuation and knowledge & rating moderately on good staff--is pointless if the doctor is unhelpful.

Dr David Cunnington initially seemed helpful, but has become unwilling over time. Very dismissive. Inconsiderate of patients' experiences. Uncaring about how his decisions impact them in numerous ways.

He has become from someone who seemed to be caring to someone who is keen on showing "who is the boss" to the patient.

His staff too have changed in similar ways-but not as much as he has over time.
