Dr ross is really a damn decent guy. Sure some people are not gonna like everything about him. Remember sometimes he is near the end of a very long shift.He does listen and if you get a good repore with him all is fine. If you are looking for a guy to give you lots of pills....well don't. He may not be perfect the choice is the other docs up here. So...........go wIth the flow!!!

Dr Ross is very thoughtful and listens considerately to us when you have a concern. He also caught a very rare intestinal problem in our son when he was 8 months old: a condition that leads to death within 72 hours if not treated right away, and a condition that many doctors sadly misdiagnose as the flu: we are very grateful! All doctors in Merritt can be late for appointments due to the hospital situation, but Dr. Ross is usually quite punctual, and the staff will try to accommodate all emergency situations. We now see a doctor in Kamloops and realize just how good we had it in Merritt with Dr. Ross

Great guy, gentle mannered, listens and hears what you are saying. Seems to genuinely care about his patients as well as others. Everyone makes the occasional mistake, unfortunately we are all human but still one of the best Dr. I've had.

He is one of the best Dr.'s I have ever seen. He always makes time to listen and answers any questions thoroughly. There has been issues with staff on occasion. He is an excellent Doctor, very easy to talk to and doesn't talk down to you.

This doctor has answered my phone calls personally,even on his own time) doesn't act condescending, listens as long as I need to talk, is sincerely interested in people, does not try to 'co-Erse' or frighten me into taking a prescription and allows me the right to govern my own health with his help. My husband and I both appreciate his work in Merritt.

Dunno how this guy made it through dr school.....went to emergency with a brown recluse spider bite on my lip and he didn't even really look at it. Told me it was just a lip infection. Didn't ask about symptoms or anything. When I told him I don't think it's an infection I was bit, he got angry wrote me a prescription for a lip infection and left.

I have been going to Dr Ross for a few years now. Only because I can't find another Dr in town that is accepting patients. I qhve had issues for a few years and he still can't figure out what is wrong. I have to ask him to go to a specialist. I am not at all happy and feel he shouldnt even be a Dr.

He is a very compassionate man who does everything he can to help you heal. He will do research if he does not have the answers. We should have more doctors like him.
