Dr.yeo. Is super nice and friendly. But since she moved her practice to brookemere the receptionist are horrible and rude. Always makes mistakes and when they mess up on appointments they just don't care. Horrible staffs

Dr. Yeo is the best dentist ever. Unfortunately she has moved her practice to another clinic which is very distrubing with their aggressiveness with scheduling ptocedures and over billing. The manner of the frint staff are unsettling. It is a shame beacuse this is not a reflection of Dr. Yeo.

Been a patient for many years. Always friendly and, most importantly, ethical. Will never overbill you or give you treatments you don't need. Would highly recommend Dr. Yeo.

Poor communication. Repaired tooth has a rough surface. Ridges along the gum line. Doesn't blend with other teeth.

I'm new and myself I honestly dont very well when it comes to Dentest. Lots of Aniexty. I just saw dr Evelyn recently to have teeth pulled. I really wanted to cancel it. As I'm sitting in the dentest chair I so wanted to get up run. All I'm gunna say rgt now is I recommend Dr Evelyn she Great takes her time explains what shes doin. She defently has patience and a good heart so anybody out there needing or looking for a dentest and ur located in Burnaby or vancouver I truly recommend Dr Evelyn. Just want to take the time to say Thank you to Dr Evelyn. For having patience good heart and helping me on my journey that's kept me down long enough cant wait to be me again thank you I'm very Blessed.

Family of 5 with 3 kids (braces), husband (nervous patient) and wife (very sensitive teeth) - Dr Evelyn has looked after us so well for years, with patience, courtesy and real understanding. All her staff are so efficient and kind, especially Lisa, our hygienist.

I've been a patient of Dr. Yeo for the past 13 years. She moved her practice to Burnaby last year and decided that I wanted to retain her as my dentist and followed her to her new location at Lougheed Mall. She is friendly and knowledgable, but most importantly ethical and honest, and not one to push any unnecessary on my family and I.

My daughter and I have been a patient of Dr. Yeo's for years now but after the way her receptionist spoke to me about missing my appt. on Saturday I will never go back. She was extremely rude to me about missing my appt. I had totally forgotten about it. She was very angry that I had missed two appts. I realize the dentists time is valuable but YOU DO NOT speak to a patient in that manner. I have always had good experiences with her staff but this lady was just rude. I will not go back because of this. Speak to me civilly please
